Soul Society consists of an expansive walled city Seireitei, in the center and four regions, each with 80 districts, outside of it. The districts outside of the Seireitei are known as the Rukongai and are the place where non-shinigami and commoners live. The district number of the Rukongai (ranging from 1 to 80) also describes its conditions and location. District 1 is the closest to Seireitei making it the most peaceful and orderly, while the most distant District 80 is often filled with criminals and has the poorest living conditions.
Within this guild you will have a chance to join a one of the divisions of the Gotei Thirteen. With any luck you will be able to take control of the division by most likely beating the captain in a fight to the death. Once you beat a Captain in combat the division is yours, meaning with a Mods approval you can change the specialty and make up of the division.
