Race: Though most assume by the extra appendages she's simple a neko Veh's past proves it's much more complicated than that. She knows she's a witch, from the magic she can harness, and some kind of animal mix, like neko or a were type, from her ears and tail, but with the other traits she exhibits she could be many different things. Because of her adoptive family and friends she claims anything and everything, even if it doesn't make any sense at all.
Personality: Y'vehna is charming, clever, and dramatic, she manipulates situations to suit whatever she needs at the time and is able to direct the blame and just about anyone but herself. Outwardly she seems friendly and good-natured, keeping her mischievous inner mind somewhat private, just so she can keep everyone and everything thinking she's the innocent and lovable girl they all know. Veh is extremely organized, almost painfully so, one thing out of place among her belongings and she'd notice rather quickly compared to most. The OCD that powers this aspect of her personality also makes her extremely perceptive to her surroundings, and her quiet demeanor keeps people from noticing her unless she wants them to, making her perfect for gathering information. At the same as being mature and sophisticated she is childish, always looking for her next joke, and entertainingly unpredictable.

Biography: Y'vehna was raised by a human thief that found her wandering around as a toddler that couldn't talk yet, even with the fur covered ears and teasing tail the young woman took the child in as her own, and taught her trade. By the time the girl was eight she was a master pickpocket, and could talk her way out of almost any situation. Kalla treated Veh like a baby sister, looking out for her, and keeping her out of trouble just as fast as the pair could cause it. Two years later Kalla began doing even less savory things to get them the money they needed to stay afloat in a city that ignored people like them. After a fight with a client Kalla was found half clothed, her body thrown into the canal. After her sister was killed Y'vehna was given to the local orphanage that made its home on the outskirts of town, but her mischief didn't stop, it only escalated with disagreements and fights with other children. Finally, at sixteen, she left St. Peter's House and made her home in the back alley trade shops, where she was already known. Veh fit right back in with those she claimed as family, though the city wouldn't let the street rats take her as a child now that she was on her own she was back where she belonged. Her friends were of every race, but none of them could tell quite what she was, she had magic like witches, the ears of a wolf, tail of a cat, the fierceness of a were, even the strength of an orc, and she's used every one of these traits to her advantage through the years. There were problems with her mixed heritage, her magic was often out of control, especially when she began to come ascend into more powerful abilities, and though normally she could keep her temper in check her episodes of lashing out with white hot anger were becoming a more common occurrence. After a single fight over a stupid piece of silver with her best friend she knocked the young witch out cold, then was gone when she woke up again, believing herself to be too dangerous to stay with her friends, she needed to find someone to train her before she returned, and she needed it now.
