Main duties As one of the Rogue Hunter wings, on top of Threadfall duties the atypical dragons of the Dauntless are tasked with reacting to news of rogue queen activity. One day this might mean they are driving a rogue gold and her followers away from a tithe caravan, another they might be foiling a kidnapping plot! It's certainly never dull.
Wing culture Honour and dedication to duty are emphasised in Dauntless, as is the importance both of unity within the wing and the importance of an individual's unique skills. Twice a sevenday there are optional 'skill swap' sessions in which riders can teach their fellows a little about a skill they have - anything from first aid to painting - or during which Kleos may have asked a crafter to come in and share a little of their skills. Socialisation within the wing is also encouraged, there are regular get togethers and Kleos always makes sure to lay on a good meal and a few drinks after a victory against the rogue golds, or an especially successful Threadfall. Sharing ideas and speaking up about problems is also encouraged, Kleos' door is always open as it were for issues both professional and personal. Essentially Kleos views her wing as her family, her comrades in arms, and there's little she wouldn't do for them.
Current Events The wing is preparing for the Dragon Games! Kleos has asked those interested in taking part in the Wing Relay to register their interest as soon as possible.

Just noticed I'm a member of Dauntless wing, yipee! Uhm, I suppose Kalendol and Kynigoth can participate in the Wing Relay. ^^
I really want to do the event but her profile isn't complete yet. I have to add the events to her history still. I've been away for almost a month so she's still not approved 100% until I get that thrown in there. -goes to work on it-

So her impression happened during the Raid on Benden. How would that affect the candidates at all? It was clutch 4 she impressed from.
Keller would be captured just about the time they would start flying for the first time then right? How would that affect them if at all then? Would they be using the new fledglings for that or no.
Reciproth would be 4 when the fall of the Golds happened. I think I can figure out that one pretty easily lol.

Okay! So, as for her candidacy and Impression, the other Weyrs of Pern will at that point just have joined forced with Trine to begin the wherwars in earnest and make that big strike on Benden. The candidates wouldn't have been involved in the fighting but a lot of their chores may have been related to the war effort at the time. There was probably a great deal of fear that Keller's forces would strike at Trine again so plenty to be scared of. After the raid on Benden the mood of the Weyr probably lifted somewhat at least for a while, it was a major victory!
If she Impressed in clutch 4 though that was after the raid on Benden and just before Keller was captured, so she would have been a young weyrling when the wherwars ended and wouldn't have been involved in the fighting at all. <3
