Difficult capture: Similar to the series, the relics are found somewhere in the forest. However these relics are not clumped together in one area at ground level. They are located in the oak trees near a waterfall. Once you hear the roar of running water start looking up. Be mindful of the Nevermore. It's a relentless vulture-like Grimm. It's nest isn't to far.

Victor had been traveling about the city more or less aimlessly for hours, so when he'd finally received word that he'd been selected for the placement exam he was more than happy to leave the hectic nature of the city and return to something he was more accustomed to. As he traveled up the path towards the cliff and the platforms to be launched off of he admired how well the fauna were flourishing in this area. "Seems pretty peaceful, for a monster infested forest, don't ya think Coil?" He said to the earthen cat which trotted along side him and pounced at little butterflies and the like. It's mossy coat of "fur" made it a bit more difficult to spot in the taller grasses, but the young man clearly didn't seem all to bothered by this fact. If anything, given his appearance he looked almost as if he were better suited in the forest than a big city or the very academy which they would be attending. His skin was darkened from the sun and he had what one might believe was a bit of dirt or the like beneath his nails. Not that he was particularly dirty, but he made no effort in hiding his affinity to the earth either.
As he approached the platforms he knelt down and inspected one closely, Coil, the cat which accompanied him, did the same. Moments later Coil was catapulted given his substantial weight but a swift movement of Victor's hand stopped Coil in his tracks and drew him back down to the ground beside the platform. Coil now hissing at the demonic contraption causing Victor to shake his head and take to his feet. "Great, I heard they flung students into the forest... I hadn't thought they'd actually meant it literally." He placed a hand on the side of his head and ruffled his hair. How exactly was he supposed to land precisely? He had an idea, but part of him would rather just drop off the cliff and use his Geokinesis to surf down the cliff-side and just catch up to the team where ever they might land. Then again, if he did such a thing then how long would it take to meet up with the team? A few more thoughts then he merely sighed and shrugged his shoulders. "I... Really don't like to fly..." He said as he placed his hand onto his forehead and let out a exasperated sigh.
He then sat down on a nearby rock and awaited the team's arrival. He could look up the members of the team while he waited, but part of him would rather wait and find out just who they are when they arrived. More interesting that way after all. So after a few moments of staring up at the sky, he proceeded to lift up a stone and throw it horizontally, having it return like a yo-yo, defying the laws of gravity and physics in the process. The alternative method to easing the boredom of waiting was not one he was willing to do quite yet. It would entail foolishly dashing off into the forest with the expectation of the team locating him, having no prior knowledge that he had arrived and for all one might assume could end up being a lethal endeavor. He was a bit headstrong, but he was in no way a fool. That idea was swiftly set aside as he continued to play tricks with the stone while Coil happily pounced at it, Victor intentionally redirecting it mid-flight whenever Coil actually drew near. Victor chuckling lightly as Coil grows more agitated by the moment before he abruptly takes in stone, increasing his mass and launches at the now pebble by considering and crushes it.

✠----------------------------✠ The walk up to the placement testing area was quite peaceful, one could say it was bliss. The soft breeze upon Artair's skin, the smell of the old oak trees, and the brilliant blue of the sky drew the teen into a relapse of memory. His home back in the forest. The day was so nice for Artair."What a lovely day". He said aloud as he came over the hill. The instant he did his gaze fell upon another student who seemed to be waiting. He looked to be entertaining himself with a small rock. Artairs eyes tracked the small rocks movements as he moved further over the hill. He noticed quickly the rock was not on some sort of string of return device. He began to speculate that it was either an illusion, or it was the boys semblance. Artair went with the later speculation.
"Hello, Zhere" Artair said as he walked closer to the boy but remaining a comfortable distance away. The jingle of the chains from his book and lantern swayed as he walked. The hook and lantern glowed an unearthly green glow. The neon blade of the hook was serrated and the lantern was constructed around four large caliber magnums that made up the pillars of the lantern. " I do believe this is the correct spot for team Harvests proving trial" Artair said almost like a question yet also like a stated fact. Artair gave a slight bow. "If I could introduce myself, I am Artair Veranor" he said straightening up again.
Artair then noticed the large Fanus girl from earlier standing behind him. " oh it's you, tis a pleasure to meet you" Artair said with a smile. Directing his words towards the girl behind the man on the rock

Huong Nguyen "Why judge me for what I am.."
Huong wasn't sure what she was angrier about. The fact her team was changed or the fact she apparently had to return to the cliffs and wait for the team to arrive. She had to climb out of this forest, while still having to fight off Grimm mind you, just to get launched back into the forest? Pretty much, small puffs of steam were erupting from her nose like she was a small dragon. She could almost settle for a talk with the headmaster. Then again, complaining about that might send her out of Beacon- something she did not want to do anytime soon. Anywho, she was now making her way to the area where the platforms were.
Team Harvest. Completely a strange name. At least it followed how most team names were. 4 letters, and one word that can describe a color. Must be some kind of golden color- something she wasn't completely against. She then saw three figures hanging near the platforms. Were those other launchers? Perhaps some other teams? Quite frankly, Huong was still in a bit of a mood with her last team. As she came closer, she then noticed they were the people that appeared on a scroll. Excitement came to her. The team was already here!
Huong then strode forward quickly, maintaining a friendly distance from the other three members-closer distance than perhaps what would be better for a respectable, polite distance. "Hey everyone's here! Nice to meet you all!" Huong announced cheerfully, surveying each member rather quickly to at least to try to remember their names at least since she looked at the scrolls barely a second ago. However, the names disappeared almost as quickly as her confidence as she couldn't name the Faunus's name.
Speaking of which, HOLY SNAP, these people were probably the coolest people just has met thus far. The sunny boy sitting on the rock was playing with a rock.... Well, a rock cat. That's was pretty cool in itself. Then, there's female Faunus who easily is the tallest being she had witnessed, saved some nasty Grimm she had heard. The horn that sat upon her forehead almost reminded Huong of unicorns in her grandmother's stories. Finally, there was the male that stood a distance away and seemed to glow almost? There was something just... off-putting but nonetheless, amazing.
"So, just to start! We're team Harvest, that's H-A-V-T. Dunno how they would get such a name from those letters, but much cooler than expected at least! I'm Huong -that's with a H- and I guess we'll be working for who knows how long! So we have a mission: Difficult Capture! We gotta collect these relics somewhere. That wasn't mentioned though.. But who knows?" Huong began, speaking quickly because she was all too eager to start. She scanned the forests and looked at the others again. Though it wasn't important, she was slightly miffed about how calm all three were. She was just so excited to work with this team.

As Victor stood there quietly chuckling at Coil having "caught" the stone, he merely flicks his wrist causing the stone to slip out of the now lion sized cat's grip and dart away. Coil turned to pounce upon it, but he stopped and stared at the newcomer who had approached and was now standing behind Victor. Without even turning to face the faunus at first he places his hand on Coil's head and smiles in a calm manner. "I do believe that's likely one of our teammates Coil, no need to be wary." He said as he slowly took to his feet and turned to face her. "Nice t' be meetin' ya lass, I'm Victor Wolenfas, and this here is Coil." He said with a smirk as Coil shed all his excess mass and returned to the size of a house cat. Sensing that Victor was perfectly calm, Coil approached this large faunus and meowed up at her before rubbing against her legs. The grass which made up his "fur" was very soft, and his entire body, while comprised of stone and earth, didn't seem to leave any earthen residue upon her. Victor didn't have a judgmental look about him, nor did he remark about her height. To him, her height likely was an obvious point which did not need pointed out lest there were someone blind upon the team. A concept which he highly doubted would be the case.
As the second team mate arrived he bowed his head a bit in response to Artair's greeting and extended one in kind. "I am Victor, the cat makin' friends with the lady there is my companion Coil. Nice to be makin' yer acquaintance eh." He glanced at the hook and lantern which the student had on his person and wondered what exactly it was capable of. That said however, he was very well versed in the use of hooked tools, having been on a farm his entire life scythes and sickles were his most proficient tools. One such scythe resting upon his back, well worn and appeared very aged, the only oddity was that the blade could fold over to carry it safely. Far from what one might believe would be suited for a battlefield, let alone for dealing with grim.
As he noticed the third person walk up, he couldn't help but start snickering, lifting a hand to try and hide it before he shook his head and sighed. "Well look who it is eh?" Victor took a few steps forward and placed his fist upon his hip as he motioned towards her. "I'm still waitin' for that tea y' promised before ya up 'n vanished on me girlie." He said with a slight smirk as he recognized her immediately, even if he'd been the one to have actually gotten lost back then, ultimately losing her in a crowd then decided he wasn't too worried about said promised tea. That said however, now that he'd "found" her again, that concept went out the window and he acted as if he expected it. "You up and try and cut me down, not that it would have been successful, and I didn't even know yer name at the time. Huong was it? I dunno... whatcha think Coil? Think girlie sounded better?" Coil meowed out as he ran over from Tessa's leg to rub against Huongs instead. Victor smirked and bowed his head in a proper greeting. "Nevermind that, I'm Victor, good to see you still have that lively energy o' yours." He flashed a genuine smile after messing with her, hoping she recalled it was in jest, then again last time it nearly turned foul.

The poor girl was already overwhelmed, first she'd been sent off alone on what was essentially a four year long mission in a new city, gotten involved in some kind of gang fight without meaning to, and had even met and made friends with her original team only to be reassigned to this one with people she hardly knew and were already addressing her so openly and casually. When the other girl, a bit of a change up from her last team thankfully, appeared Tessa had had enough and quickly dropped down onto her rump with her knees drawn to her large chest and her head hung so her snowy hair obscured her face but she could still see everyone else with a small sense of security. The only comforting thing seemed to be the rock cat that rubbed against her legs and now seemed to be content playing with her long sleeves. Upon being addressed for the third time Tessa let out a small distressed whine and focused her attention on the forest while thinking how it wasnt fair to have had to abandon the team she'd gotten accustomed to in favor of these new people. Even when switched among squads in her clan she still knew her teammates because they were all family, this ...not so much. Though just for that line of reasoning alone she would already hear the sharp crack of her mother's voice reprimanding her, telling her how even this group of strangers were her team now and like it or not, if they passed this mission and lived up to what she'd come to realize were her family's standards, they too would be family. Tessa sighed and fumbled inside one of her sleeves until she gripped the small cluster of pendants in one of her hidden pockets. Trinkets of surprisingly high value, but worth much more in sentimental value, should the team show themselves as capable hunters then they would each receive a pendant with Tessa's family crest on it, making them honorary hunters among their ranks. After all, anyone that could impress an Ailbhe deserved to be in the ranks of one of the oldest hunting families. ◢ "I'll show you what a real Faunus can do..."...

Huong Nguyen "Why judge me for what I am.."
Huong narrowed her eyes at the snide remark that the male on the rock said. Although she hadn't paid attention to him the first minute, she then recognized that cocky smirk. With a disdainful hmph, she crossed her arms and looked away from Victor. "Oh for the love of God, will you shut up, sunny boy?" she snapped at Victor. She then noticed the rock feline near her feet. Huong fought the urge to kick it in return for Victor's comment. When he smiled at her, Huong looked away yet again. Heh, she probably still hates his guts even though it was her fault in the first place.
Her argumentative air paused when Tessa had suddenly sat down. Huong glanced at the fellow Huntress out of worry. "Heyyy, Tessa, right? You alright there?" Huong asked, walking closer and unfortunately was standing on a platform. It was only due time before she was launched. She crouched down to look closer at Tessa's expression. She looked almost sickly- not that it was because of her pale complexion. Maybe she needed something... Maybe chamomile tea? "Hellooo." she mused, while still looking at the female. "You ok?"
She then glanced over at the glowing student. He hasn't said much- something that Huong didn't like. Then again, she didn't like many things because of her opinionated lifestyle. He was glowing almost eerily, reminding Huong of those old, moldy tomes that would sit in the library where her mother worked. Before she could point that out, the platform then shook. Huong frowned and then finally noticed that she was indeed standing on the platform. She then realized she was going to get launched within the next second. "Oh for fu-"
Then, she was launched. A now pink speck was going across the sky for the second time. Huong was definitely not a happy camper.. or flier in this case. However, at least she already knew how to land this time since she did it last time. She waited as she sailed through the air. She focused upon the area she may land and then twisted in midair, creating an orb around her. Huong was going to hit the tree where she may land. As the orb sailed and crashed, Huong felt the familiar wave of dizziness hit her. She barreled into the ground, the orb popping like a soap bubble after she landed. Huong groaned and sat up, ever so glad that she at least she landed on some grass and not rock like last time. "Well, hopefully the rest of them will be here soon!" she said brightly, standing up to only walk around dizzy.

As Huong snapped at Victor he shook his head and chuckled lightly. If she intended to insult him, she'd have to come up with something a bit more harsh than sunny boy. Between his personality and his upbringing, the heavy tan upon his skin, sunny boy simply fit to be honest. However he didnt remark about her temperament, nor did he attempt to apologize either. Yet,had she kicked Coil, while he wouldn't have done anything about it, he would likely have snickered had she squealed in pain. Coil was basically a walking boulder, even when small he weighed in excess of 30lbs. Never a wise decision to kick something so hefty.
Yet soon as Huong waked over to Tessa, Coil followed and meowed at her, playing with Tessa's sleeves as he tried to get her attention. He looked as if he were trying to figure out how to climb onto her lap, although with her knees to her chest there was no lap to climb. That didn't stop him however as he tried to nuzzle his head between her arms and climb into whatever space he could find or create. Victor watched as Huong had made the assumption that their new companion may have been unwell in some way. To him it appeared as if she were distressed in some manner, which would explain why Coil was being so persistent. He placed his hand on his head and sighed lightly. "Looks like he's taken a liking to you." Victor said calmly, approaching and kneeling down as he tried to pick up Coil who squirmed out of his grasp and continued to try finding a lap to sit on.
His attention was turned to this rather loud mouthed girl who he'd had a confrontation with prior to being teamed up and watched as she was preemptively launched into the forest. He looked up to their rather silent companion and shrugged slightly. A wonderful start to a mission, yet for some reason he'd heard that one person being launched off first was commonplace. You'd think people would merely be more observant. "You're already ready to launch, go ahead and we'll meet up. I have to prep a bit more for me to launch... I don't have a normal means to land as others would." He gave a reassuring smile before he turned his attention back to Tessa. "I don't know what's botherin' ya lass, but one of our teammates was just launched into the forest by 'erself. Not that the fiery spirit of that one has anythin' to worry about, but we should find her asap. I know first hand how dangerous grim can be." He stood up slowly and approached his platform, though he stopped right beside it.
Dirt and stone started rising out of the ground, adhering to Victor's body, creating a layer around him which he could use as armor. It was apparent he likely intended to launch and merely use the armor to absorb the impact. "Been fendin' off Nevermore since I was ten, they're the reason Coil is the way he is now too." Coil emitted a meow at the sound of his name, however he finally had managed to crawl between Tessa's legs, and now rested happily upon her lap, however he'd managed to do so. "In a grim infested forest, I wouldn't favor anyone's chances alone."

Something the faunus couldn't really fault her for, her albino complexion, antisocial-stroke-high anxiety behavior and ever present dark circles beneath her eyes made even her own sisters question her health and wellness for several years. Still , though it was refreshing to have someone who didn't even know her ask if she was well, Tessa's introverted nature still kept her from properly speaking. All the same the large faunus had a desire to at least try to come out of her shell, however she barely managed to even whisper out "I'm fine..." before the girl was launched into the forest by a pad she apparently hadn't realized she'd been standing on. Tessa's scarlet eyes followed the bright pink spec along its arc , only vaguely aware of the boy speaking to her and the stone feeling playing with her sleeves and trying to get into her lap. The word 'teammate' finally registered in her mind and almost instantly her huntress instincts kicked in. Quickly and quite suddenly Tessa stood up and scooped the cat out of her lap before pushing it into it's owner's arms. Silent as a towering ghost , the faunus stepped onto the pad adjacent to the one Huong had been standing on and seconds later was thrown into the air where she vanished against a backdrop of fluffy clouds. Now airborne, Tessa kept her arms tight at her sides ,straight as an arrow, as her muscles flexed and tensed to properly tilt her body along with her angle to keep maximum speed until she felt herself slow as she reached the top of the arc and she suddenly opened her arms out to the sides. She hung there in the air, weightless for a few moments with her arms out and her billowing sleeves looking like the wings of an angel in those few seconds of Zen like peace high above the forest and the cares of the world. Then gravity kicked in and Tessa gave a slow, graceful twirl in midair as she gradually pitched her weight forward and began picking up speed as she plummeted toward the ground. Here is where the minute details became crucial to both finding her teammate and staying alive. Tessa's outstretched arms and arched back , in basic freefall form, helped maximize her surface area and slowed her descent by a little , occasionally picking up speed whenever she tilted herself to angle her fall nearest to where Huong most likely fell. The seconds rushed by and the trees became ever closer , threatening to break the bones and body of a lesser hunter that couldn't save themselves here. Fortunately Tessa was nowhere near being a lesser hunter, which she demonstrated by suddenly rearing back so she was perpendicular to the ground, tucking her knees slightly, and activating her aura ability a split second before smashing into the trunk of a particularly large tree. The wood of the mighty plant shattered into pulp and splinters instantly upon impact, followed by another, and another,, each one offering little resistance but still slowing Tessa's speed until she was just a few feet above the ground, at which point she touched down just barely and gave a small hop like a parachuter coming in for a landing. Another hop, another and one more until Tess locked her knees and dug her heels into the dirt as she went into a long skin headed straight for another tree. THOOOM!!The tree shuddered and groaned as Tessa made contact with a single outstretched palm and stood there, heels several inches deep in the soil, utterly unscathed from her rough descent and with leaves falling around her almost cinematically in the God's ray of sunlight she'd made upon entry. After several moments of stillness the large faunus slowly raised her head, gone was the fearful and uncertain look of before , now she looked remarkably self assured and confident , bearing an almost spot on textbook image of her mother. The giant faunus looked round, scanning the area for Grimm , until she spotted a familiar looking pink figure a few yards away and gave a small wave. ◢ "I'll show you what a real Faunus can do..."...

Speech: and Thought:
✠----------------------------✠
Artair stood next to his platform. His eyes set upon the large forest before him. Yet instead of seeing a peaceful forest full of animals, All he could see was death. "Death is always close at hand my dear boy" the words of the lantern snaked their way into Artair's mind filling him with the reminder of that ever existing presence of death. Suddenly the sound of one of the platforms activating caught art airs attention. He managed to spot a pink form fly through the air, heading for the forest. He watched her fly for a few seconds before she disappeared into the forest. "Well, there goes our first team member". He muttered to himself. He gaze then fell upon the tall fauns girl.SHe had finally come out of her small fettle position and come to stand upon her own feet. He noticed the aura she seemed to give off seemed to have enlaced the scared and timid one she had given off earlier. She strolled over to the plate and within a few seconds, he watched her too go soaring off into the air. He tracked her too before losing her near the same spot as the other girl. Artair let out a low sigh. Well looks like we are up next." He said directing his words to the other male teammate. Artair took a step onto his launching plate.
He looked over to the other teen."I'll see you down in the forest my friend " his words barely left his mouth before there was a click from the pad and he too was shot skyward. The moment he reached the top of his launch velocity he activated his semblance. Gravity seemed to cease having an effect on Artair as he soared through the air. Right now he felt like a bird riding the air currents. He soared past where his other teammates had landed getting caught in the bliss of the flight. He traveled another 600 feet before realizing he had over shot. 'Just great' He thought. His semblance began to fade and he felt the force of gravity once more upon his body. This caused his to begin decending. Gravity began to speed up his decent into the forest. Artair had mere seconds to react as he entered the tree tops. He Threw his hook at a large nearby tree limb. The hook wrapped around and caught hold allowing The teen to swing in an arch. Dispelling a great deal of his momentum artairs hook released from the tree. His boots hit the ground perfectly allowing him to enter a roll and dispel the rest of his momentum. The Virrrrrr! sound of his chains came to his ears as the hook was retracted back to his hand and the lantern. Looking up Artair saw he was in a denser part of the forest. 'Just great' He thought as his lantern began to glow much brighter then before. Yet Artairs ears could pick up the sound of growling coming from nearby. He readied himself into a defensive stance as a precaution.

Huong Nguyen"Why judge me for what I am.."Huong didn't know of the massive exasperation back on the cliffs, and actually wasn't all too upset over the entire situation. If anything, she started the mission earlier than the rest and someone has to start it right? As dizzy as she was, Huong continued in the forest. At least it was the same mission as the first time. If anything, if she could retrace her steps and go from there. She paused to open her bag to pull out her trusty weapon Dee-dee in case of any Grimm that may be around. She searched and pulled out the intricate staff along with the sheathed cleaver. After attaching the cleaver to the staff to make the traditional Daidao, Huong felt confident enough to continue through the forest.
Then, Huong heard something that almost sounded like a miniature explosion. She paused and looked around. Of course, none of the others would land near her. A small smile came to her though. If it was someone who indeed landed and was on the team, then this might be good. She dashed towards the source, acutely aware of her surroundings. Since it could be a while, Huong could perhaps try to find any familiar areas she was in beforehand.
Hopefully Tessa was ok... The tiny response of being fine really worried Huong actually. Perhaps, it was because Huong was so desperate to get along with a fellow Huntress. However, it was probably more so just because she looked awfully ill. She stopped to cup her hands around her mouth to shout, "Hey? Is anybody there? Tessa?" What were the other guys names again? she thought. Art..something... Ah well, that'll do for now! "Art? Sunny boy?" Not that she wanted to see sunny boy, mind you.
Her voice died when what seemed like a strange crack came from the bushes. She flashed around with Dee-Dee to see only a broken branch. Her eyes crept upwards towards the top to see a splintered tree. "Poor thing." she murmured, though she would probably would have done something similar had she landed in a tree instead of the ground. Touching the trunk, she wondered about the reason behind this nasty cut. However, her interest quickly died away when she heard something close to a similar growl that a certain teammate head. Huong tensed and gripped her Daidao. "So~ Ready or not... " she called, wondering if any her teammates were around.

One after another his allies were launched off the cliff, he smiled lightly when Tessa had seemed to suddenly return to situation when she abruptly stood up. Holding Coil in his arms as she swiftly launched off with urgency, he silently watched the large white form soar through the air. After her followed Artair, who seemed the most level-headed of the tree, as of yet anyhow given that Tessa had yet to say a single word prior to launching and he knew first hand how overbearing the little pink one could be. Once he too had launched, Victor stood still beside his platform while holding Coil and sighed as he glanced down at the platform for several long moments of silence before he finally spoke. "Why'd it have to be flyin'..." He visibly shuddered, Coil mewing up at him and playfully nomming on Victor's now earthen armored arm. "Yeah yeah I know. Lets get goin' Coil."
Victor took a few steps forward onto the platform, it creaked as his increased weight sank it down a bit, but soon he was launched into the air like a catapulted boulder. However as he reached the zenith of his launch his concentration on maintaining his armor was shattered as his phobia of being off the ground hit him full swing. He winced and closed his eyes, holding Coil tight in his arms as the armor shattered leaving him defenseless as he plummeted towards the ground. Luckily Coil swiftly acted upon his instincts to always protect his master, the stone which fell along with them was swiftly drawn to Coil. His mass swiftly increasing within Victor's arms until Coil was much larger than he had been before. With Victor's hold around Coil's neck (no harm could be done given that Coil does not breathe) and his panicking state where he held on for dear life, Coil struck a tree and bounded off it. Within moments the dexterous feline had safely descended and landed upon the ground with his master unharmed. Though he sat there with Victor still holding on for dear life and nuzzled his head until Victor opened his eyes. "W-we made i-it..." Victor said with a shudder, resting his head against Coil's as he breathed out a sigh of relief. "T-that didn't go as I had h-hoped it would..." Coil mewed up at him and purred as Victor collected himself.

==== ☠ ==== ╔══════════════╗ Oº°‘¨Tessa Ailbhe¨‘°ºO ╚══════════════╝ ▁ ▂ ▃ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▃ ▂ ▁ ◤ Tessa straightened up and began heading toward the sound of Huong's voice, mentally noting that the girl didn't seem to know that yelling in hostile territory like this had roughly the same effect as walking into a Beowolf den with a bunch of steaks around your neck while shouting 'Din-dins'. Still eerily silent for someone her size, the Faunus quickly reached Huong and placed a hand on her head, temporarily blinding her with one of her long sleeves. "Hush" she said calmly as she scanned the traveling for signs of movement. She released the pink girl's head took a step forward and stood motionless for a moment before suddenly stomping on the ground and letting out a loud "Hroaaar!!". A challenge to any predator nearby saying she was here and she was not afraid. ◢ "I'll show you what a real Faunus can do..."...
