I've been thinking about where the guild stands or rather my role in the guild. I never want to delete it and I never plan on being absent long. But running a Minecraft server has been something I've wanted to do for a long time. Gaia seems to be dying out and a lot of the things I do don't go anywhere. I've thought about it and I think I want to just put less on myself that way I can still be present. I enjoy talking with everyone here and I just want to make sure I keep this fun for myself and not a chore.

Regarding the giveaway I am going to be changing it to a monthly raffle. The raffles are always participated in by the most people and they are the easiest for me to do. I will give out random prizes when I can and still looking for a prize fairy. The posting contests take up too much of my time, and the avatar contest gets 3 different people entering on a lucky month. xD I enjoyed the avatar contest but it's not getting activity so that's one less thing to think about.

These are the only things I am going to actively do:

-Birthdays
-Newsletters
-Raffle including random prizes
-New Member Recruitment prizes

On a side note I am going to still try and do other things but this is all I'm going to worry about.

As we are nearing the end of the month and I have 3 parties and a yard sale, the raffle will open on or around June 1st.

I think this guild will survive even if it's only a few of us in the end. Which I am still happy with cause this sure has been fun. :3

Well, my boyfriend does most of the hard stuff. We have to pay to have someone store our files for us. We use their website to add plugins and edit stuff. Then we have the enjin website which is my area of expertise. It has forums, a shop, other stuff. On the server I have to finish setting things up to make things easier for people, like the item shop. We have to work on donator ranks still, a few other things. Once people actually start joining I'll have to assist them, enforce the rules, check for damage. It's fun/frustrating/rewarding. biggrin I made $5 already from a friend who donated to the server, hehe.

The chats I've seen were just full of trollishness. sad
