For jobs and rolls you play in the kingdom depends on what your wanting to roleplay as. For instance if you want to be a fighter with your Role Playing Character (RPC) then your jobs in the kingdom could be a trainer, hunter, mercenary, knight, etc. If your rpc is a rpc that doesn't fight then think of normal jobs in the kingdom that of which helps the society out examples of which are bakers, shopkeepers, merchants, banks, etc.
For those of you who wish to lead guilds in the kingdom you may do so each guild should have a forum created for it in the main guild's forums these guilds can be rpc class based guilds for rpc fighters such as thieves guild or knights guild, or they can just be guilds of the public services such as a baker's guild for all the bakeries.
First come first serve when it comes to creation of guilds thus if someone has already created the thieves guild or backer's guild they will be the head of the guild meaning if the guild is established but you want to create a guild that's the same kind you are not aloud to do so, but since I am the king that means I am head of all guilds so with in these guilds if I come enter the guilds forum and post then I have full authority as the guild leader.
