Thriller, suspense, mysteries, romance, adventure, fantasy, horror, etc. Anything really. As long as it interests me. But I rarely read science fiction.
Do you enjoy reading books?

What kind of books do you read? What genre?
I can't even remember when I last read a book. December last year, I think. I've been so busy with work that I just don't have time for it.

I usually look first at either the cover or title and then go on with the blurb.
Any favorite books or authors?

The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova and Dracula by Bram Stoker are my top favorites. i've read them both multiple times. i really liked the Goosebump series( RL Stine) and Shadow Children series (Margaret Petterson Haddix) in middle school, and the Uglies series (Scott Westerfeld) in high school

I've been wanting to read Dracula but kept putting it off. I've heard of the Uglies series before. Bought the books but haven't read it yet. I only know Margaret Petterson Haddix from reading the 39 Clues.

it's been a bit since i've read it, but i remember the first part of Dracula being my favorite. not entirely sure why though. also, apparently it has a sequel, written by a relative of his .w. didn't know till my dad got it for me for christmas, but i haven't read it yet

i've ready read the shadow series from haddix, though i may look into their other books

I rarely read sequels that aren't written by the original authors themselves. I just feel like it doesn't have the same feel to it. Like Laura Ingalls Wilder's Prairie books. Someone else wrote sequels to the original books. They're not even related, at least I think so. The sequels were of a different tune and I hated it.

yeah, it seemed kinda strange to me when i saw it. didn't think the book needed a sequel.
