TIPS ON SCRAPPING/DESTROYING/DISMANTLING (very important)
***Refining is a more cost-effective way to get rid of extra swords, unless you have no swords that need their stats boosted.
**conditions to show up as a sword to dismantle: - Be unlocked from the Formation menu (by default) - Have not reached TOKU (特) status - unassigned to any parties - not in Internal Affairs
*** BE SURE TO CHECK THE LEVEL OF THE SWORD YOU WILL DISMANTLE
