Seems rather quiet on first impressions, prone to observing silently aside from a few sarcastic remarks. When he feels like communicating more, however, he is revealed to have a darkly flirtatious and considerably more sarcastic personality, and a rather relaxed attitude towards life.
My History. . .
Cecil managed to keep his demonic nature hidden throughout most of his early life. Adopted as a young child, his increasingly reckless attitude towards life was blamed on his start in life, and thus his demonic nature remained hidden in expensive counselling sessions. He found his own home at the age of 18 after being kicked out of the home (or remains thereof) by his parents due to an incident involving one of the many visitors he had brought home with him and a knocked over candle, he found himself sofa surfing and skipping between cheap, near-derelict apartments for two years until he encountered news of the academy.
