That being said, you're free to make your post with the outline and then edit it as needed. As we grow nearer to the ball opening I'll make a notice of when they need to be 100% done.PLEASE HAVE THESE DONE NO LATER THAN TUESDAY 5PM PST(GAIA TIME)
Sadly tektek has been shut down, which makes playing with avatars harder to do, but you can always use the avatar changer to put items together and take a screenshot. There's a search bar in there with an "All Gaia" option so you can throw together items that aren't in your inventory.
We also have no idea how much funding we will get (last estimate was 6.8tril per room) so make sure your avatars are a realistic goal and won't require room funding to finish off. OUR BUDGET IS 1 TRIL. Either work mostly from things you have already, or borrow! Lots of people within the guild lend out their items for the ball. [imgleft]http://[/imgleft][size=11]

Abilities: She can mix magic into tea leaves to have different effects when burned or steeped, essentially allowing her to create potions and incense out of tea.
General background and/or personality: Appointed as the new Maiden of the Witch's Counsel, she's entrusted with the responsibility of hosting this party, which she is very excited and humbled by. While certainly not new to magic, this is the first time she is being permitted to perform it while unsupervised. She's chipper and excitable, her emotions run quite high, so be careful not to get on her bad side. Her magic is tea-based; She can mix magic into tea leaves to have different effects when burned or steeped, essentially allowing her to create potions and incense out of tea.

I go by the nickname Denza and I'm a fangirl through and through, I have a lot of feelings about a lot of fictional characters. I roleplay on Gaia in my free time, as well as play video games, watch Netflix, and draw. I am going to university to study theatre, with the hope of becoming a designer for costumes/hair/make-up. Species: Human/ Witch
Abilities: She can only do magic involving animals (animating animal statues, transforming this/people into animals), but she can mess up every once in a while, as she is still in training.
General background and/or personality: Although she has been training for years, she can't seem to use her abilities perfectly, as she can be forgetful and clumsy. She loves animals (duh) , usually having one by her side and she has an almost child-like personality. Her mentor is her older brother, who she adores, and she was quite upset he couldn't be at the ball.

Heyo! I'm Celi, a total bookworm and theatre geek, and I love it heart I'm still in high school (currently on break) and am an active thespian. Along with that I draw, play violin, and play on my 3DS a lot. I don't have a set plan of what I will do for collage and such, but I aspire to be an actor. If that doesn't happen, I'm thinking of being and architect and interior designer. That's pretty much it, but as a fun fact; my height is 5'10" whee

Age: 50 (though looks and acts like a twenty year old...but has the comical sense of a child)
Gender: Female
Species: Elf/Witch
Abilities: Ability to change age, though she always remains youthful, she will often change herself into a young child when pulling pranks or confusing people. Levitation: Other than being able to fly on her broom, she is able to make objects float when her emotions are unstable. Though usually when she's calm, she will limit herself to one object.
General background and/or personality: Mouse is a remnant of the 7th ball finally making a return to the 13th Ball. However she is a little different to the 7th. She is generally a grown up and intelligent lady who performs her role perfectly, but she is often subject to mood swings and her personality always reflects the age she is currently appearing. She often spends her time looking like a child as it is the closest to her true personality, but on official business, she will always look like a calm and collected 20 year old witch. Her age is unknown to most witches as she does not let people know about her past and because her age is always changing, noone can guess.

Abilities: Curses are the only thing he's ever been good at. His attempts at white magic always backfire on him. Over the years, he's found that he has a bit more luck with newer spells, especially ones he's created himself.
General background and/or personality: A reclusive and soft-spoken individual with a flair for gothic style, Claudius looks far more intimidating than he actually is. He comes from a prestigious line of witches and wizards, including many famous witches who served on the Witch's Counsel. His skill as a dark wizard is widely known and feared, and it has been several years since he's last shown his face in public. Claudius' family don't mention him much, he's very much the family black sheep, and it has been quite a while since he was last invited to any sort of important even. Receiving an official invitation to the Annual Ball has him elated, though it may be hard to tell.

Yo, you can call me CBK. I've been on Gaia for a number of years {almost ten, omg}, and started getting back into the roleplay scene this past November, though I've been roleplaying for much longer. I'm an anthropology major entering {hopefully} my last year in college. I like sports anime, sharks, and shitty Scifi movies. This will be my first year participating in the ball, but I look forward to chatting with everyone~
