Personality
Vincent is a rather depressed person who hates himself on the inside, but on the outside he's all jokes and smiles. He doesn't like for people to know who he really is deep down because then they could play on his emotions. When surrounded by people, he always tries to be the life of the party, but while alone he tries to drink himself to death. Unfortunately, because of his cybernetic lungs and nanites, the alcohol never really affects him. He pities himself and sulks in the dark, wishing he would die, but never having the guts to actually do it.
Biography
Vincent was a very brilliant kid, athletically gifted, socially popular, and very handsome. He was the idea of perfection for normal people. Vince had always dreamed of being a hero like the ones he saw on the news. He stood up for random people, stopped bullies, reported crimes, even joined the neighborhood watch at the age of 15. He was all about doing what was right, what was just. His biggest interest, though, went in to robotics and cybernetics, those two things were extremely fun for him. He even developed three robotic birds that circled his neighborhood, recording everything they saw and streaming their vision right to his laptop. Vincent went through most of his life like anyone, until he graduated high school early at the age of 17. His mother was diagnosed with leukemia and rather than suffering until she died, she put a bullet in her head. Soon after Vincent's father became very depressed and an alcoholic, Vincent was shocked but never strayed from his path. A year passed and Vincent's father became a violent drunk, always yelling and throwing things, sometimes even abusing Vincent, he'd show up to school with black eyes and bruises everywhere. Regardless of his father's rage, Vincent never held anything against the man, he knew he was in great pain and didn't know how to express it. One day his father came to pick him up from his robotic club, but he was drunk. Vincent argued with him, trying to get him to switch seats, but his father didn't listen. They ran a red light and got hit by a 18 wheeler. His father was killed on impact, Vincent's left lung was pierced by shrapnel and his left arm and leg was torn off. An ambulance arrived shortly after the accident and raced Vincent to a hospital. With no other option in sight, the only choice they had was to replace his lung with a cybernetic one, along with his arm and leg. When Vincent awoke, he didn't know whether to be happy he was alive, or mortified that his father wasn't, perhaps the drunken fool brought it upon himself but did he really have to die. It was at this point that Vincent realized that the world wasn't exactly fair, but even then he knew that his mother would never want him to quit, that she'd want him to have a better life, so he kept moving. Vincent, got a Masters in engineering and joined the army to help pay off his medical bills and student loans. Vincent also dedicated his life to the field of cybernetic limb replacement, which, of course, the army aimed to turn into a means of weapons. Vincent and a few others were put on an assignment to make the new "super soldier", but instead of a serum they were using cybernetics, since it seemed that something always went wrong with a super serum. On the team Vincent met a very beautiful scientist, that was every bit a smart as she was attractive. He always made efforts to get close to her and work with her, it was kind of cute actually. They grew attached to one another and started dating, after a few years, they even got married. By the time the project was ready, all they needed was willing participant. Rather than subject anyone else to the test, Vincent volunteered to go, he already had cybernetic parts, a few more couldn't hurt. Vincent got mentally prepared for the procedure, knowing that he could possibly die. His wife didn't want him to, but he convinced her that everything would be fine and it was. The project was a complete success. Vincent's arms, legs, eyes, and majority of vital organs had been replaced with new cybernetic/bionic ones that were shielded from EMP attacks and high voltage electricity, the cybernetic replacements are even powered by a nuclear core. The army decided they wanted to test this new weapon of their's, they offered to fully pay off Vincent's student loans and final medical bills if he went out in to combat. Afraid of conflict, Vincent wanted to reject the offer, but he decided not to for two reasons. 1.) If he did, he'd be in debt for much longer than he wanted to be. 2.) He always wanted to be like the heroes he saw while he was growing up, defending his country seemed like the best way he could relate to them. Vincent agreed to go, but first he started on another project to build an outer exoskeleton armor to protect his vulnerable areas. Before leaving for war, he talked with his wife and gave her as much comfort as possible, he was fully assured that he'd comeback and afterwards they could start a family. Vincent left shortly after his second project was finished. Vincent returned 6 months later with data gathered proving that the cybernetics and bionic implants, along with the exoskeleton, was much more than just efficient on the battlefield. The army was pleased. Vincent kept to his promise and began to start a family with his wife. Though the army was pleased with the results, they were not satisfied with the only test run, they intended ob making a full-time soldier. They offered better pay and health care, but he refused, no matter how persistent they became. Deciding it was his wife and idea of a family that made him refuse their offers. Government officials decided to have his pregnant wife killed when he was away from home, they hired professional assassins to do so. The government cooked up a story about stealing his research because of how insanely important it was for warfare, and promised to help him get revenge on the people that murdered his family. For a while that worked, but things began to not add up. The army "tracked down" the assassins and sent Vincent after them, he did away with them in a few seconds, which caught his attention. For dangerous assassins, they died fast and it was a bit convenient that the government found them so fast. Vincent scanned their faces and hacked into the military database, finding out that the killers weren't assassins at all, just low level scum. Vincent began piecing two and two together in his head, guessing that the government had set this all up, but what he didn't know is why, but he didn't care why. Vincent set himself on a war path. He used his lab to disconnect his feed to anyone else as well as erase all the work he had done for government. He then gathered his weapons and headed out against the government that betrayed him. Vincent began attacking military bases and government buildings, killing government officials and soldiers without a second thought, anyone that got in the way of his revenge ended up being a casualty. Vincent went on his rampage for a total of 3 weeks before the Caped Crusader arrived and put an end to his destruction. Vincent was placed in a highly advanced cell at Arkham, so secure and strong that he didn't even know where to begin to break out. Vincent remained in Arkham for a year, letting his hatred for the Batman grow more and more. One day an alarm went off and all the cells started opening, prisoners started a riot and began to attack all the officials, no one was their to stop them, not batman, not superman, no one. Vincent just walked out. After his leave, Vincent took up a job as a mercenary with only one rule, no children. In an attempt to go good he created and installed a chip into his programming that created an image of his pregnant wife to act as his conscience. The chip slightly malfunctioned and brought out his darker side, but his wife still remained, continuously trying to appeal to his better nature. Vincent battles with his morals and often finds himself doing more wrong than good. Vincent still carries a hatred for Batman and aims to kill him, even if it isn't the same one that threw him in Arkham.

[Weapon Information]
○ Seed Exoskeleton: His last project, an exoskeleton armor that protects his vulnerable parts. The armor is made out of highly reinforced titanium and has extra plating. The armor also contains 8 mini rockets in each shoulder and a jet pack that allows him to fly for 6 posts before he needs to refuel.
○ High powered anti-material sniper rifle: A sniper rifle without a scope that fires depleted uranium rounds and can punch through tanks and most heavily armored vehicles. Contains 5 rounds per clips and he carries 4 clips. He has a suitcase that he carries this sniper rifle in which also contains various amounts of ammunition types, usually depending on his target.
○ PDW SMG with adjustable stock and FMJ: A small SMG that carries rounds that can puncture Kevlar, stone, and some metals. 50 rounds per clip, carries 3 clips.
○ Fully automatic Five Seven: Standard pistol, holds 20 rounds per clip, carries 2 clips. He has a holster in his leg where he keeps the gun at all times.
○ M4A1 Carbine with grip and and laser sight: Standard military assault rifle, holds 30 rounds per magazine, carries 3 magazines.
○ Vibro wrist blade: A vibro blade that pops out of his right wrist and can deflect lasers as well as cut through most metals as the blade vibrates at high speeds.
○ Railgun: An extremely powerful gun that Vincent developed himself after his release from Arkham. The gun takes time to charge, but when it fires, there is hardly anything that can stand up against it. Even his own exoskeleton with heavy plating would be heavily damaged from it. 5 rounds per clip, carries 4 clips.
○ Miniature arm rocket.: His left wrist opens up to reveal a one shot missile that causes a small explosion but contains a heavy amount of force that could send cars flying.
○ Energy sword: On his belt he keeps what looks like a sheathed sword, but as he pulls it out of it sheath a four foot long blade of energy appears. The energy blade is charged by an e-clip that charges the blade for 10 posts. He carries 6 e-clips with him.
○ Kryptonite laced flash bang grenades: Taking a page out of Deathstroke's book, Vincent carries around a belt of 6 flash bang grenades that have been laced with kryptonite for whenever he run's into those pesky Kryptonians.
○ Multi-ammunition: Not knowing what he is always going to be encountering, Vincent always carried around different kinds of ammunition stored in his cybernetic compartments. These ammunition range from incendiary, horse tranquilizers, kryptonite core bullets, explosive tip, armor piercing, and shock rounds. These bullets are hidden in compartments in his arm, around his biceps, shoulders, and fore arms, carrying a total of 6 rounds per category.
[Ability Information]
○ Cybernetic enhanced strength: Due to his cybernetic limb replacements, nuclear core, and constant adjustments, Vincent can now lift over 500 tons.
○ Cybernetic enhanced reflexes: Due to his cybernetic implants, Vincent's reaction time and reflexes have been insanely heightened, allowing him to notice things that normal people could not even spot, keep up with high moving targets
○ Cybernetic enhanced speed: Due to his cybernetic limb replacements, nuclear core, and constant adjustments, Vincent can run at extremely high speeds, 322 mph being his max.
○ Energy expulsion: He can fire burst of concussive energy out the palm of his hand, or he can simply create a large explosion of light, blinding near by people .Overcharging them turns the concussive energy into plasma energy. Overcharging last 4 post
○ Multivision: His cybernetic replacements allow him to see in several different kinds of vision. He can see in every spectrum of light, he has night vision, telescopic vision, microscopic vision, and x-ray vision.
○ Nanites: Inside of his body and blood stream are millions of nanites that constantly heal his body from damage and repair his cybernetics.
○ Kryptonite core: Despite the name he does not actually have a core of kryptonite, but his body can be powered by kryptonite allowing him to fight kryptonians.
○ Sonic Discharge: Much like his repulsors, these blast of pure sound emit from his hand allowing to simulate Canary's cry, though it is not as damaging and usually used to deafen the enemy and distract them for a bit.
○ Cybernetic Overcharge: This more than doubles his strength, speed, durability, healing rate, and thought process. Everything is on hyper mode, making him even more formidable and allowing him to read combat patterns and predict an opponents next attack. Last for 6 posts and afterwards he must start a system cooldown and reboot, which takes 2 posts and leaves him vulnerable to any attack. This is a latch ditch effort ability and he generally refuses to use it.
[Weakness Information]
○ Energy absorption: While this may sound like a strength, it is not. When his body absorbs too much energy it forces him into an automatic cybernetic overcharge that only lasts 2 post, but the cooldown and reboot time remains the same as the ability cybernetic overcharge, it also causes his movements to malfunction, making him run into things and fire his repulsors randomly.
○ Full system recharge: Everyday his body must completely shutdown, except for life support, and charge for 4 posts. In this state he can not respond to anything that's happening.
○ Too many weapons: Not so much a weakness as it is an inconvenience, but because of the large amount of weapons Vincent has, he can not carry them all with him for potential of being caught by the authorities. Whenever he goes on a job he must have planned out what weapons he will use or he will not have them with him.
○ Till death do us part: As mentioned earlier, Vincent installed a chip that allowed him to see his dead wife as his conscience. The chip also malfunctioned which kept his wife there but brought out his darker, more violent side. Time and time again Vincent struggles with right and wrong, and has been diagnosed a schizophrenic. He can feel his wife's touch, hear her words, and see her face. Every time she completely disapproves of his actions he relives the memory of when he found her corpse on the floor with multiple stab wounds to the belly.
