He's about 6'4" and close to 230 pounds of muscle. He never lets his hair grow out, always has it shaved, and he has brown eyes. When he goes out to fight he puts on white war paint- one strip from his brow up, and two stripes just below his eye. He has a large scar on his back from being cut by a blade, and it never truly healed. He wears heavy armor when he leaves a town, but otherwise he walks around in a loose white shirt and black pants with regular boots.

Markarth. He rents out a room at the inn, it's kind of an understanding between him and the inn keeper. He pays well, he stays for a week at a time with his privacy guaranteed.

He works as a torturer of prisoners in Markarth, so that could be considered as part of the Cidhna Mine.

He is alright in battle, though his skills have dwindled since moving to Skyrim. He is fearsome though, and amazing at torturing people. Slow and painful deaths are his specialty.

He has a two-handed Silver Greatsword that he took from one of the Silver Hands that he killed. He also has an imperial bow with steel arrows, an iron mace, a few types of swords,and an orcish dagger he keeps on his person. The weapons he has are the ones his favorite victims used until he tortured them to death.

He is cruel and ruthless, and doesn't know the meaning of mercy. Many people believe he was born without a heart, because it doesn't matter who you are- if you're given to him, you are guaranteed never ending pain for the rest of your short life. Even in town he's harsh and cold, often making rude comments to others, though because of his fearsome reputation, who would stand up to him?

Malen is the widowed husband of Saadia, the Redguard runaway. He was the one that had urged her to do what she did, and promised to protect her. But somewhere along the way in their travels in Skyrim, they were split up. During the months that followed, he traveled, following her trail and killing bandits and Silver Hands when he could (He always had a soft spot for werewolves). Next thing he knows, Saadia had been turned over to the Alik'r and executed back in their homeland. That's when his protective, nice guy persona was changed. The night he heard about her death, he swore that he would kill Stormblade for what she had done, for giving his precious wife back to those fiends. Something inside of him snapped, and he has been cruel and evil towards people since then.
He moved to Markarth when they were looking for a replacement torturer, since the last one had died when the forsworn were killing people inside the city walls. He was hired rather immediately, and that's when he found a true love for work- torturing people until they gave him the information he needed. He often would hold back on providing the fact he had the information until he tortured his victim to death- unless it was necessary for them to know right then. He always enjoyed it. That's where he is now, still torturing people. There's talk that be might be... released... of his duties because the Jarl believes he enjoys it too much.
