What's the one thing (needle work wise) that you've wanted to do for so long, but have been too intimated or too busy to start?

Easy one - a cardigan. I'm anemic so I'm very, very chilled or cold at times. I'd like to have one for those nippy days or evenings.
The problem - I do NOT like making gauge swatches (read as impatient). Perhaps If I could measure something on me as I went along. >.< Also, I'm not sure about yarn colours and amount and such.

Knooking! Yes, that's right. I bought a kit last year and I haven't tried it out yet. I think it's because I have so many other projects that I just can't start another one. I've got to try it out. I know it would be fun, but I'm just too busy. *sigh*

I can attest it's fun, but still takes some getting used to. smile Oh good, but yuck on the getting used to part. lol. Also, I'm not one to make cardigans or sweaters. The sizes listed aren't meant for a DD chest. I can't make one fit like I want it to.

Can't remember specifics, but I'm fairly sure there're some lovely designs for that size these days.

I need to do some smaller single crochet projects I think, so I can get this dislike for it out of my mind.

Me, I wanted to create an angel set. And not a crappie set, like the ones with perfect shading and color value with maybe in different color values to choose from. I also wanted to make a Chibi collection with nothing but Kawaii features. Lol.
