An official looking document stamped with the Council's Seal appears on the bulletin board overnight. This looks bad.
OFFICIAL TRIMAGICK COUNCIL DEGREE
The Trimagick Council Wales Branch has concluded its evalution of the Academy of Merlin. We have deemed the following changes to be necessary:
1. All Catacombs entrances will be sealed. The Catacombs have been deemed unsafe for students or faculty and thus will be closed off completely. This change will be put into effect April 24th.
2. Headmaster Louis Soulstone will be suspended and removed from the grounds for questioning. The Council severely doubts Headmaster Soulstone's abilities to properly head this school and to shoulder all the responsibilities with it. Thus, he will be taken off campus for further evaluation. This change will be put into effect May 1st.
3. The Council will install new rules and agents to enforce these rules. The Council believes this is the most efficient way to make the Academy of Merlin a safer place to be educated. This change will be put into effect next academic year.
The Council would also like the inform the Academy, to put any worrying minds at rest, that the Black Dragon has been captured. The Dragon was found on a rocky coast near Dublin, mysteriously sedated. The Dragon has since been taken into captivity where it will be euthanized and harvested.
The Blood Pact unit that is suspected to be behind the Black Dragon's release has not yet been apprehended.
The Council looks forward to your cooperation in the previously stated changes.
