In the bar, Rep was still seated on one of the stools with a glass in front of him and the karaoke machine playing what sounded like Lady Gaga at a fairly loud volume, the place was empty or perhaps this would not have been the case.

"I'm good." he called out, waving a hand in vague greeting. A few empty glasses were sat in front of him and more than a few empty bottles. He'd been trying to use the empties to give himself a handle on how much he was drinking and to try somehow to convince himself at what scientific point to stop. It wasn't working.

Also on the bar-top was a few sheets of lined paper with various graffiti-style variants of the word Rep in differing states of completion, what he'd been doing to occupy himself while listening to the music. "You awright?"

Rep picked up the hat and looked it over, beaming broadly at Dawson. "This is amazin'!" he proclaimed, his expression lighting up enormously. It wasn't just the nature of the gift but the fact he'd been given one. Rep, as a rule had never been used to presents. He donned the hat immediately, making his lopsided hair sit even more bizarrely than usual.

"Ta mate, I appreciate it. I'll be usin' this a lot ******** mair. Bet it'd ******** help on missions too." His attention shifted to the doodles and he shook his head dismissively. "Nothing much man, used to dae menchies, graffiti s**t. Sometimes it passes the time making them up."
