I will give a bit of info me and a friend remember about it.

she's supposed to marry a dude who was born at the same time on the same day as her and growing up she keeps seeing pictures of him so she's like totally convinced he's her destined soulmate, but when they meet she gets confronted with reality that he was forced there and he had no idea who she was. And she helps him escape, but he does fall for her because she's very kind

Um... i feel like i kinda know what your talking about.... It kinda sounds like Nana but i don't think that's it ...

maybe a little more detail can help...
Would you think in would come under romance_______ _________ ___-(Comedy, school life ...etc)

Nope def not like Nana xD and more info all i can remember is they both get locked in a japanese style mansion with grounds with a giant wall around it that keeps them trapped.

100% perfect girl and the first girl have tons of romance and they have an interesting plot so its no so cheesy heart
