The requirements for reaching lieutenancy?

Well:

A. You must have an active character in another squad, someone you post with frequently. You know, so you can prove you are active.

B. Must be active. I'm looking for someone who has a constant increase in their posting count! I will be keeping an eye on it!

C. Must know the basics of Guild Thread making. Because you are going to have to make threads!

D. Be willing to complete a few tasks, and wait until I am satisfied with your activity and your level of dedication to receive your promotion. Because you will be granted a list to complete.
