Nia twisted the knob and opened the door. Shutting the door as she walked in, she inhaled. Smiling she placed her belongings onto the table, opened her bottle, and drank the contents within. Exhaling she tapped the wooden table,"Oh dear...this year will be interesting." Taking out her folder she began writing braille.

xxxxxAito entered the office building finding little staff around. He new the school was still new so maybe they still need to fill in some positions like the office attendants and other positions, what ever they may be he doesn't remember. He stood at the personal office doors and read each one out loud quietly to himself until he read 'HEAD CHAIRMAN MS. SCHEAFFER.' Taking a big inhale he knocked on the door with his middle knuckle, cringing the transfer papers in his other hand. Unsure if he heard someone or not he reached for the nob and turned it pushing the door inwards so he may peak in to see.
xxxxx"Hello? Ms. Scheaffer?" he asked before spotting her writing on some papers,"may I enter m'am? I'm a new transfer student," his last sentence speed by fast and almost sounded like a question he was so nervous. Coming here he herd that the Chairman was blind. Not that her being blind is a problem it's just that Aito felt as if he might offend her and be in big trouble on his first day even on the campus. His fear of messing up and offending the Chairman caused the bones in his legs to shake as he stood still peaking his head through the opened door awaiting the permission to enter.

xxxxxAito nodded and stepped inside closing the door behind him. Just standing there the Chairman noticed how tense he was. He took a silent breath trying to relax so he may speak clearly, "Well I-," the merman was about to exclaim he was a transfer student again, but she cut him off. It seemed that she herd him the first time, this was a real relief for Aito. When she stood and began to make her way over to him he lifted his hands a little just in case he had to stop her himself so she doesn't run into anything, but Ms. Scheaffer did fine on her own and was able to place her hand on his head. He blink a bit surprised before looking up at the woman.
xxxxx"My name is Aito Samson. I was invited to come to your school, so I filed my transfer papers and came here to give them to you myself,"He said then glanced down at the papers he held. Then a thought occurred to the young merman; she can't read them unless they are in braille."Oh no, I'm sorry I don't have them in braille for you to look over, my apologies,"Aito bowed his head to her feeling completely insensitive towards the Head Chairman.

xxxxxAito too a step away from the Chairman reaching for the door handle behind him, "I'm again truly sorry about this Ms. Chairmen. I'll just drop this off with the vice chairmen and be on my way. Goodbye!" He finally got a grasp of the handle and quickly opened the door and made his exit.
xxxxxHe then walked over to the Vice Chairman's door and slipped his transfer papers into the mail slot on the door and exited the main office. He still needed to get settled into his dorm. So he decided that is where he should go first.
Out of Character :::I'm sorry I know you are moving and all, but I can't have my character frozen here with yours when all the other students are up and about with the teachers and mine hasn't met a single person besides the Chairman.

Nia grinned, "Hello Mr. Samson I've heard about you." "It's okay, hand me the papers and I'll transfer them in braille so I may look..." She frowned," you don't have to do that." She sighed as she heard his footsteps getting further and further away. Walking back to her desk she searched for her walkie talkie device. "Ms. Hecate, I need you to retrieve the forms from Ms. Harrenett and send me the braille copy please." She released the button and to a seat tapping her pen.
Emma makes it to the door the boy having probably been gone for a long time . She knocks on the HC's room door with the papers in her hand. She wasn't quiet sure what Nia was...or who they met once briefly but her necklace already felt very shaky after just getting this close. Ema makes sure the papers where all in order and she looked her best...even though she recalled the woman being either mostly or partly blind. Either way the young counselor wanted to look presentable. Again she felt nervous and less confident than she had in her room . She bites her lip and waits to hear the others voice before truly coming into her room .

She felt slight vibrations on the wooden flooring, looking up she cleared her throat."Please come in." Nia felt the person's nervous and adjusted herself.
"Don't be nervous Ms. Hecate, I don't bite." She smirked," do you have those forms for me?" She rose a brow.
Emma smiles gently eyes a bit wide being caught. She takes her first steps into the food and feels like a student immediately." u--"she smiles again with a nod tapping the papers against her hand and handing Nia the papers. " I hope everything it well. Is that all?" Standing tall the petite woman chews a bit on her lip not moving much.
