The World Basics
This is not Earth, nor does it share any time line with earth.

Each race has their own country. The races are, for the most part, not in good standing with each other.

The World Council
Basicly, it's this world's version of the UN. The World Council sets basic laws and runs Stardust Academy. It also is where any major conflicts between nations is worked through. Each race has representatives in the council.
