Plötzlich Dunkelheit und Kälte
Der Schmerz zerfrisst mich innerlich...
So well, today I found the thread totally hooked and I was so happy.
Felina75 asked me to join the guild and well, it's my first one.
I hope to be on here constantly.
Maybe now some things about me...
I am a 26 year old girl who found out some years ago that she is still addicted to the needles….
I’ve learned in early years of my life how to knit and crochet from my lovely grandmother.♥ She teached me all basics but I kinda forget about some parts since then.
I’d relearn it all and I went to my grandmas grave and showed her the first socks I’ve knitted by myselfe.
I’d never understand how she did that, so I was willing to teach myselfe!
Now I don’t think that’s thaaaat difficult anymore.
Hope my grandma is proud of her little Snowwhite ♥.
Please… don’t mind my bad english.
I am a native german and try my best to write in clear words and sentences smile
I would love to meet some nice and lovely people over here smile

Hey there, LittleShyEve! It is so good to see you. You can call me Felina or Fel. I know your grandmother would be very proud of you. I think you are keeping a very special tradition going in your family. I learned from my grandmother and my mother. That is how I see my crochet and knitting. I have taught my oldest daughter who was nine when she began. And now my youngest daughter wants to learn. I love passing down that tradition. I hope they will continue it in their family. Welcome to the guild and you can usually find everyone here. I hope you will sit down and chat with us and try your luck with my games. I'm glad you found us. heart

Nice to meet you and very glad you're here. Lovely story about your grandma. I'm sure she'd love your socks and that you're still using the skills she taught you. You'll find lots of friendly people here - no worries about that. Oh and when you're ready, you can start a Gallery here and show off your works. Maybe later, you can also friend whoever you want on Ravelry. Welcome to Totally Hooked. smile
