Appearance: She has long, black hair extending down past her waist which is usually curled or in waves since it is naturally straight. Coulette has round, puppy-ish blue-green eyes which appears feline via makeup. She has extremely fair skin that doesn't burn, but gets incredibly dry easily. To her facial features, Coulette has a V-shaped face, straight nose, and small yet plump lips. Even though she's well muscled, she is a fairly tiny person and is often mistaken as a young girl ranging from 12 to a strong 14 year old.

History: Coulette Ishida was born in the heart of Durem to Lucy and Satoshi Ishida. With the Ishida bloodline being a strictly traditional bloodline, she sticks highly to her beliefs and follows her family's traditions as if it were second nature. She has had her heart set on becoming the best in school and going to college, majoring in Engineering. She easily became the top of her class and skipped two grades, which resulted in her moving to a different school in Durem that offered more advanced classes before she can proceed her college career. In her freshman year, she met SgtMaj. Thrie Barton before he got an invitation to Echo Prime, and easily became good friends with him even though they were entirely different, with her bubbly nature and his serious one. After high school, she received a full-ride scholarship to Barton Institute of Technology and took four years in an Engineering major after graduating at 16. However, her achievements have not gone unnoticed and in her last year of college, she was approached by an Echo Prime recruiter and when she was informed that her skills would be put into great use that could help shape the future, she took the aptitude test and was instantly accepted before her college year ended.
Echo Prime patiently waited for Coulette to graduate with her bachelor's degree and her recruiter, SCPO Luke Hart, would occasionally meet with her to stay up to date with her and her studies to ensure that nothing is changing, and would help when times became too hard for her. Both her parents were entirely supportive of her decision to join Echo Prime and in that time, she was informed she'll be getting a younger brother. Likewise, she wanted to work harder to be an older sister for him to be proud of but in the last semester of college, Coulette nearly hit her breaking point but luckily enough her recruiter caught it and helped her. Before she realized it, she graduated the Institute with her degree in one hand, and the future in Echo Prime in the other.
SCPO Hart spent two months personally training Coulette before sending her off to basic training, and likewise, she was one of his best students and felt no regrets waiting for her to join their ranks. After weeks of 4-6 hour training sessions, paper work to be filled out, and long discussions of her career options in Echo Prime, he saw her off to basic training with her family and Coulette's career officially started at age 20.
After basic training and three months of school, she was originally placed into training as a Special Warfare Officer (SWO) for amphibious forces in the Engineering field, the same rate her recruiter was before he took recruiting school. However, it has been noted that her skills belong in a job more elite and upon discussion after one year of enlistment, she as cross-rated into SWCC in the Navy, where she quickly rose to ranks and earned numerous awards for successfully operating missions and ensuring that the lines of communication went along smoothly for these operational task to be successful. As she worked alongside SgtMaj. Thrie Barton after a small reunion and catching up, Coulette rose up to Admiral at age 23 upon being commissioned as an Ensign when she first joined.
