This was something done earlier from another forum dedicated to RPing, only the difference between this and the Royals is that players can also post their request and let's face it, it's more for fun for another player to take and try portray another character than cycling a buncha alts.
Everyone can post character requests here. Feel free to add criteria and add as much details as you like. However, word of caution to the perfectionist, the more precise and detailed your character, the more difficult it will be to get a player to fill that role. We're not all Hollywood actors by the way.
