So according to the poll (As of 11:30pm {eastern US time} 2/4/15) it seems that their is only 1 vote to close (Really -_-) and 18 to remain open/revamp (the awesome ones) but anyway.

When I think of how to revamp the guild, I am not sure what is meant because I can only see us improving activity and small issues in the guild itself.

My ideas for improving the guild
~First off, active and committed members who will join, post and then quit. It messes not only the other team members but leaves the 4 person team without a member which requires another to take the place which is a pain to do.

~Team setup - Now what I mean with this is that throwing 4 rpers together is good but as proof of previous reason, some may not post like others or will leave so the teams should be able to have met before being sent to train to allow the gaians to get to know each others post style before they have to have their characters fight together.

~Training mission setup - Props to Pair of socks for the rules but I felt they were a bit vague and hard to understand. A bit more detail could have been thrown in to allow better pictures to be created because its hard to figure out what to do. Not to mention, even though the trainees were going through the mission, in the show, Professor Ospen watched over the session and watched the different angles. I think that in the rp, their could be a person to keep track of the trainees, mainly because it avoids confusion when one person posts normally and then a partner time skips hours later. (Happened in Team CRVE if you want an example) I believe that it could help with controlling the testing standards.

~Other areas for students - The one thing that I have seen is that the forest stage seems to take up most of the rp space leaving the rest of the school seem blank which doesn't help for the teacher characters created.

So these are just some of my ideas, I think that the guild is in good condition but we need more active gaians that will be able to post and get the guild going.

I'd love to get more active and keep things rolling, but the rest of my character's team seems to have vanished. I've been trying to get him placed on a new one, but no luck.

I just want to lightly note that that Lunar New Year is coming up; Those of us who celebrate it may be offline for the two weeks for said preparations.

If anything, I suggest that we should be careful with making teams for now and wait for characters to interact (on a normal basis and whatnot) before letting missions start for teams. Missions could be a sort of side RP or something along the lines so that the main RP can move along. I think that's what is really just holding us back; Missions require the characters to post and since we technically can't leave, we have have to wait for everyone to post.

I will take all of these into account. I will say I have thought about making the Emerald Forest similar to how the dance was. Seeing that people are interested in it convinces me that I'll probably do that. Thank you so much for your invested interests.
