 Cy paced around the designated meeting spot, nervous. How did the saying go? Nervous as a cat in a roomful of rocking chairs? Hearing that phrase, he never understood what it meant. He did now. The people skirting around him didn’t matter. The weather didn’t matter. What mattered was that he was meeting the mother of his kids. The thought caused him to wince. Not because he was meeting her. But because of something that he needed to tell her. Well, most of his nervousness did come from meeting Icy.
He had spent so long studying others, trying to understand what drew people to others. What made people do certain things. There was something about this female though, something that drew him to her. She was interesting. And not just because of her abilities. But the cyborg couldn’t put his finger on it. Something was telling him that he needed this to work. Thus why he was waiting for her to drop their kids off so they could be alone.

 Icy was excited, she got Mousy to watch her two new babies. Icona and Cyrelle after telling him she was going to talk to their Father about something. The female was giddy, Cy was a complete gentleman after their semi-date in the wintery park turned a little steamy. He was right there through all of the major events of the kids brith. The blue female really did enjoy his company, maybe he wanted to ask her on a proper date?!? She smiled at the thought...squeaking when she noticed snowflakes in the shape of hearts dancing around her tail. Grumbling she swished it in her attempt to shake them off. Pouting as they refused to dissipate that is how she came around the corner. Pouting at snowflakes falling from her tail.

Muttering to himself, he didn't notice that the person he was waiting for had arrived for a moment. Everything he was thinking of saying was just sounding wrong in his head. How could he tell the woman who just gave birth to some of his kids that he had been mistaken about not having other kids? Granted, he just found out himself, but would Icy take it the wrong way?
Turning around to pace the other way, the flash of blue caught his eye, causing him to look up at....Wow. Smiling via his eyes, Cy walked to meet the female playing with snow. Her powers were amazing. Last time they were kind of going out of control, but now...to have just the little, were those heart shaped flurries?, flying around her and no one else. Amazing. But the pout worried him. Was she in a bad mood? Was now a bad time to tell her? "What's wrong?

Icy let out a soft squeak, not expecting the male to already be there. Blinking she giggled at the other before curling under his chin. She really did enjoy his cool exterior, it was soothing to her own cold body temp. She looked up at Cy seeing a slight conflict in those expressive orbs of his. Reaching up to slowly stroke the side of his face she spoke. "Nothing's wrong. Just a tad flustered at my abilities sometimes. I feel I should be asking you that though, Cy. Is something up?"Was the male regretting their little...moment. Did he not want to see the kids anymore? Did she do something wrong!?

Cy tilted his head slightly at what had her flustered. Not too much though. It was quite pleasant how well she seemed to fit under his chin. And if it made her happy, perhaps then everything might go right. "These?" He poked at one of the flakes. "I think they're cute. Fitting really." The cyborg rubbed his cheek against the hand, wishing that he could take the mask off. Wishing that he had flesh there, or even lips to kiss the hand. "As long as you're okay." As for him...."I just got a surprise today that's got me thinking is all. I'm fine." Ish. Fineish considering that the news was near earthshattering in what he knew and what he didn't.

Icy tilted her head. "Cy...whatever it is...its okay. You can tell me..if you want that is." She felt something here and she wanted to explore it. She wanted him to stay with her...with their kits. She cared for their growing family dearly.

He froze. If he wanted to? He did. Maybe. Logically it would be the best choice to tell her now instead of her finding out on her own. And it would allow their children to have more family. Yet, the non-machine part of him was...afraid? Yes. Afraid. How would she handle the news? Try as he might, the cyborg couldn't think of a way to tell his snowflake what he learned that would make both sides of his being happy. "Remember the other day when you...uh....asked me if I had any kids?"

Icy tilted her head. "Yes." She felt her worry ease some. If the male was worried about something like that she could lessen his worry. She would accept him if he had children from some other female. She reached out stroking a hand down his cheek. "Cy...what is it you want to tell me?"

Putting his hand over hers, Cy looked into Icy's eyes. "The other day, a girl came to my place. She said....She said that I was her father." His gaze turned sad, almost haunted. "I had two children that I didn't even know existed. I should have expected it. I had taken no precautions against it. But what kind of father does that make me if I didn't care enough about a mother to even keep in contact with her just in case?" What kind of father would that make him for the kids he was going to have with the woman in front of him? What example would that show them? He was already a failure and they weren't even born yet.

Icy's eyes softened. She leaned up to kiss where Cy's mouth would be. Since the male had that face mask and all. She leaned into him. "Its fine." She purred as small snow flakes fluttered around them. "Everything is fine."

Yes. He supposed it were. Instead of getting angry at him, or even hurt by the fact that he had kids, Icy was the very epitomy of fine. Of happy. And it seemed to be contagious. For Cy was happy to just stay there in their embrace with the flakes falling around them, as if they were in their own little world. But they had met for a reason. To talk, which now that that part was over..."It's just you and me. How long did you tell the babysitter you'd be gone?"

Icy looked up at him. "Oh...a few hours at least. I can call to extend it..." she purred as she curled under his chin. She looked around thinking on what they could do now. Perhaps cloud watching...no no no, that was too childish. She hummed as she thought. "What would be something good to do?" she asked him softly.

“Will that get you in trouble with the babysitter though?” If the sitter had had plans after, as much as Cy wanted to spend more time with her, he also didn’t want to ruin the sitter’s plans either. Maybe, then, after their alone time, it could be family time? “Because we could always do something with all of us too.” Something to do? He was quite content to just stand there and cuddle Icy. Which he could do at any time he supposed. When she allowed it of course. So that wouldn’t really be a good date thing right now. “I believe there is an outdoor theater production going on in this park. Or, we could just walk and see where spontaneity takes us.”

Icy chuckled. "Felix is watching them, he's okay with it...he likes kids. Plus I think he likes someone listening to him for a change." She leaned up to kiss the male's cheek. "We'll walk to the production and see what the park offers along the way. Then we'll go home and cuddle the kids." she smiled, liking that set of plans. She pulled out her phone to text Felix that she was going to be home late. Blushing at his reply: If you want me to keep the kids overnight so you can give them younger siblings. I don't mind,
