GHOST is known for being a hand to hand combat specialist, because even with some peoples weapons, his body is made of a very strong metal that can withstand most attacks with the aid of his aura protecting him. He knows that he isn't invincible and that constant hits will degrade his defense so he strikes when he has an opening to take out his opponent.
Transcendent Sword
This blade is held within his right arm. Once he summons it, his right palm opens as he keeps his arm straight. The slit in his palm allows the blade to slide out where his hand compresses and combines with the base of the sword to complete his blade. His blade is 2ft broadsword blade has ruins down the flat sides that glows slightly when he adds the heat of fire to help cut through a barricade or obstacle.
Supreme Cannon
His long range/explosive attack, one that he rarely uses unless needed. Its similar to his sword. Its contained in his left hand, his palm opens to have 6 1ft long slides of metal emerge and combine to make a small cannon like barrel. This barrel will concentrate dust into a ball of energy, that detonates upon impact. He also rarely uses this one because of a sub routine that will mess with his targeting system and he almost targeted a fellow huntress. He avoids using the cannon but it also uses dust and energy to fire so he sticks to his close range combat.
Auras/ Semblances:
Iron Defense
His body is made of a light weight but very strong material, it can withstand most forms of punishment and is expensive to use to craft. Its not standard issue with most androids but this was a special model that was created.
Chameleon Skin
Being robotic like he is, he could be grafted with skin or a material to simulate skin since his body would look more abnormal then his skills would require so he was fitted with a prototype system that created an aura to mix with his own that allowed him to capture a person's appearance and project it, even if that person is smaller then him (which is usually the case) where he can even capture the look and appearance of one of his students, matching their appearance but their is a big flaw.
The flaw is that his appearance is only cosmetic and that if say he were to mimic a person that is 5'7" and he tried to put on a real hat, it would float 2inches above his head. Its why he usually tries to copy an appearance his size but the function of this was to copy an enemy's appearance to infiltrate enemy territory. {Side note: If anyone has played assassin's creed unity, its like the disguise ability/skill only he can do it for long periods of time but can't fight while disguised.}
(The whole point of that semblence is that he can change himself to 'look' human or faunis if needed, so that he won't stand out in public.)

Bio
Ghost isn't your normal android, he was once human, a human engineer that was diagnosed with a terminal illness that would end his life in the years to come. He was apart of a military engineering program and even had a fiancee to spend his last years with. When he was 25 when he and his fiancee were kidnapped by a rouge group of military, he wasn't sure of which kingdom or what they wanted outside of his project but they took him and had him use his robotic knowledge to created a powerful android that could become the perfect warrior. He was able to do so but the processing, it wasn't working with the high level of machinery, most likely taken from other industries. The Android wouldn't function without a high form of processing power and the only way he could get it was by using his own body's neural network mapping. (Im just making for an interesting character that wasn't he was built... I was bored and loved the idea)

This neural network would be able to work all the circuits and make everything functional for this machine, giving it the aura they wanted and basically a soul. The man asked for one thing, with his death to make this machine work, they must release his fiancee and let her go back home without being harmed. They agreed but when the man performed the procedure, with his human body's death, he was reborn in the android. His soul, aura and mind somehow got stored into the suit of machinery. He was shocked but they didn't know and had revealed their criminalistic plot to attack the kingdom making him fight to escape, taking out the complex with ease but going to free his fiancee, he found the building that she was kept in, and it had been attacked by Grimm, and she didn't make it. He buried her body and few months later, he came upon renaming himself, Ghost, since he was nothing but a spirit in a shell of tech. He had become an excellent fighter and soon found that his knowledge of history would come in handy as he became a hunter and then a teacher to help the next generation be prepared for what was to come by learning from the past. (Also its a bit ironic for a history lesson to come from a futuristic type machine)
