Hopefully everyone had a fun, stress free holiday break.
Anyone making a resolution this year?
I read that setting smaller specific goals makes it easier to accomplish (ex: instead of promising to lose weight, swear you'll make healthier eating choices, etc).
Mine for this year is simply to be more on top of my housework along with a couple of smaller more personal goals. 3nodding
