These apartments are for anyone who wants to live within the city. Some of the gang members stay here, generally for half price. They come fully furnished and have a view of the river.

Room Info:

You may make another topic for your characters room if you plan on rping a lot in it. This topic should be used mostly for stuff in the halls and lobby or anything that involves the whole building.

Room numbers: They will be set up in a three to four numbered room. The first one/two (two if you have a room above the ninth floor) being the floor, the last two numbers are for what room on that floor. Please do not put something like 388, there are not that many rooms on each floor. Keep it below twenty for the last two for now.

“I can’t take this anymore.” Willa thought, pacing the floor back and forth. Her eyes stared hard at the black journal on top of her desk next to her bed. Her desk is a magnolia wood, fully polished, not a single scratch anywhere for it being over five years old. Perfect condition especially the amount of time Willa spends sitting there reading and also writing when she has free time to do nothing. As for her room, Willa has the basic: a queen size bed with a silk dark red comforter set that is perfectly made every morning by her, a wooded dresser next to her desk is also made of magnolia and in perfect condition, a large mirror that covers a small section of the wall across from her bed, her fluffy red rug placed beside her bed, and of course her most prized possession, her music box. The music box was handmade with the finest wood, having a vintage look to it. It was a gift made for her by someone special to her. Every night, Willa would open the music box, placing it right on top of her desk as she falls asleep listening to it while it plays.

“Oh, the h*** with it!” Willa blurted out, becoming even more frustrated. She quickly headed towards the front door, her left hand turning the door knob as she opened it. She was about to walk out, her left foot half way out the door and place firmly on the ground when she stopped dead in her tracks. For a moment, she hesitated, her heart beginning to race, but yet, slowly.

“I mean it’s no surprise that a message is waiting for me to read, but yet, why am I…” Quickly, Willa paused, realizing she is no longer thinking, but rather saying it out loud for everyone to hear. “Sh**” Willa whispered, her eyes glancing to her left and right to make sure no one heard. Thankfully, everyone is not here as Willa sighed, the look of relief on her face. “Good. I’m in the clear.” She thought. “I must be insane. Here I am talking to myself, but also carrying a journal around to communicate with my other self to understand how I became this way. It’s…its insanity!” Again, Willa spoke out, but louder this time.

Quickly, she covered her mouth, glancing to see if anyone was around. Again, no one was around. Slightly, she banged her head a couple times against the door. “Stupid..Stupid…” Willa muffled under her breath. Finally, she stopped, glancing once more before she takes a few steps back into the room and closed the door. Her back leaned up against the door.
Her eyes once again stared at the journal across the room on her desk. Her heart begins to race a bit faster. "Just read. It’s that simple.” Willa thought.

She took a deep breath as she walked over there to her desk slowly, but yet, with confidence to her facial appearance. She picked up the black journal, noticing a long, thin white silk string in between the pages. “Well, at least they marked it this time on the page I need to read.” Willa thought. Slowly, she opens the notebook.
“Hello, my love…”
“Well, that’s new.” Willa thought as she continued to read.

“It’s been a while since my last entry. To answer your last question…no. End of discussion on the matter. If you think I would reveal anything associating from the past or myself for that matter, you are surely mistaken. I cannot. I will not share this information with you at this time. Frankly, I just don’t give a d***. Believe me, love—this is for your own good. Ok…done talking. I’m bored now. Until our next entry, farewell for now, little one.”

Storm Shadow

“What kinda message was that?” Willa muffled under her breath. Her eyes glanced at the message before looking at her mirror. “Why do you insist on hiding the truth from me?!” Willa angrily replied, talking to herself in the mirror. “I know you can hear me! Answer me!” She yelled, but there was no reply, only her reflection in the mirror. Willa sighed. “I need a breather to settle my mind.” She thought. She paced the floor, thinking on what to do next. “Perhaps find Aria. Maybe she knows more on Storm Shadow.” She thought, heading out the door. Again, she stopped dead in her tracks.

“I’ll just go to the library and if I should see her along the way, I’ll ask.” Willa thought as she made her way out of the room, carrying the notebook in her hand. “I wonder what book I should read next.” She thought. Willa always enjoyed the library. There isn’t any section, any book she hasn’t already read from there at least once. Her particular favorite section is weaponry and the history area. She has always been fascinated by it, mostly because it helps her improve her fighting skills. She always searches for ways to enhance her capabilities, which what makes her a great, skill fighter when on the battlefield. Willa slowly made her way down the stairs since her room is on the second floor as she stops to admire the outdoor breeze that just brush against her cheeks. Her eyes closed the satisfaction on her face as she deeply inhaled the air.

The weather was beautiful today. The sky, a cloudless blue. The breeze had a slight chill, but yet, a warm presence about itself as the sun shined down directly on Willa’s face. Slowly, Willa opened her eyes. “Perhaps I’ll find a book and just read outside. It would be a waste if I don’t enjoy today’s weather.” Willa thought as she begins to walk towards the direction of the library.
