Okay so I haven't been on here in a very long time, and I'm sure many of you all aren't active in this account either. I'd like to make a change as of now. Anyone who can get someone recruited into this account will be gifted with half of the join fee. This is to get more users in and get rid of the inactive users. Also, I have made a new thread in the forum. You have 30 days to post in it or you will be removed, thus making you ineligible for the money prizes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and I look forward to getting this Guild back up and running.
Please message me when you have someone successfully register into the Guild so I know who to gift the money to.
the entry / join fee is
only 5 gold so who would want that reimbursed or given to them when anything on this site will give you more than that? seriously thats not an incentive for anyone to join or re join
1/2 would be 2.5 gold which cant be done in a trade plus its pointless , screenshot in spoiler just in case you didnt notice the 5 gold entry fee before
At one point I had it at I think 100gg but when I left the guild it was 5
just looked at the guild log and it was a 5 gold entry fee all the way back to 2011 it dont show prior to that so either the log cant go far enough back to show that or you was just thinking it was 100 or you planned to but never got to it
anyway putting all that aside for now in order to make people think it was worth it you would have to charge like 100,000 gold and then give each person back 50,000 just due to mass inflation on gaia to me thats just too complicated and just not worth it
i would rather have contests to give away stuff rather than change your entry fee
sounds great, but we are missing the active members. ive only seen maybe 5 active members so far?
yeah sadly this guild i think has died 5 out of 500 or so members? not even 1% of activity in here but here are some ideas to try to get more members active in here
one way might be to try to recruit from the main guild forum to bring in more active members
or just split stuff between the active members in here currently, maybe the word will slowly get out about the giveaways and bring users back
or just wait to see if more members become active with more guild announcements
or just start over and combine the above techniques to get more active members
but in the end the biggest problem is that most users on gaia no longer use the guilds so its kind of impossible to keep active members in here long term but keep at the above ideas and maybe you will have some success at getting more activity in here and bringing more active members in here and bring the guild back
if it does come back then maybe up the entry fee in here to show that the guild is more active and alive again
