Well everyone, this is my story/poem. I hope that you all enjoy it, and take it to
heart. Through this, I'm expressing my deepest and most heartfelt feelings for all
of you. Not just as guild members on gaia, but as real people in real life. The
people that you are in the real world who have been through so much and have
done so much for others. I wanted to share my love for all of you in the one way I
know I can. So that when you look back on this, you'll remember that not only
me, but this guild and it's real people are here for you no matter what. Both the
members in this guild, and those that we've lost in real life but will always
remember. For I believe that they haven't left us, rather they have left us a gift
behind for us to remember them by. Their memory of us being there for them as
friends, family, and loved ones. Why I believe they gave us such a wonderful
gift? Because I believe we gave them the reason to feel loved and to even be
remembered as the wonderful people they are, and I hope that through this
story/poem I wrote, I give the gift of the feeling that they're all right beside you for
Christmas. Enjoying the warm and loving memories that you've had with them in
the past, and their way of letting you go on New Years so you can move on in
life and make new memories with those around you, or those you'll meet who will
forever be the happiest part of your life. Read, and enjoy, my Nintendo family.
((I was going to put a Bowser pic to the right but I don't know how to do that XD so I'll edit that someday when I figure it out))

The Best Gift to Give and be Given

It's a Merry Christmas, and soon to be New Year
Surrounded by loved ones, both past and here
It's a time to remember them all, the ones who we shared our love
Ones who picked us up when we'd fall, and ones who'd watch us from above
Be it family or friends, the ones who'd love us til' the end
They are the people whose hearts that wouldn't allow us to fall apart.
It's never easy to say I love you to someone, no matter shape or form
For when they're gone, you'll feel that your heart is torn
Although it's a time to be sad and a time you'll feel lost
Forgetting to be happy and smile, is our only cost
Although it's hard and hurts at first, it's to honor those who helped us, when life was at it's worst
Be it the ones you cherish that are alive today, or the ones who watch you from the skies above
Know that they'll always be with you, with all of their heart's love.
With these words I've spoken, know that my feelings have never been so true
Because my life wouldn't have been worth living, if it hadn't been for you
Christmas is a time of reunion to me, spent with those who matter
With the Happy New Year as a farewell, and a goodbye to the spirits that scatter.
Now that we've remembered our past, and we're moving on to the road ahead
There is one gift I want to share on my journey, and make sure that it is spread
For that one present that was given to me, that miracle that saved me from all despair
Is one gift that will save you too, this I surely swear
From the bottom of my heart, this is the gift I give to you
It's the three simplest yet greatest words to give, and they are “I love you”

I've just read your poem/story and was very heartwarming! heart You are quite the poet! I appreciate you lifting up our spirits this holiday season and letting all of us know that we all share a special kinship with one another at the guild! It's as if you wish to alleviate our hardships that we've faced or may soon face... And for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making us cherish and value life.  -Marth ^^

wanted to let all of you know how important you are to me, and that you all have
a special place in my heart's kingdom! And as valued people in my castle, I dare
not to allow anyone being unhappy for too long! I love you guys, and I wanted to
give my true feelings of love for you and leave warm smiles on your faces during
this time of year ^^ and thank you for saying that, I don't think of myself as such
