Basic Info:This game is the predecessor to a title called "X Blades". Essentially you're an adventurer similar to "Tomb Raider" and you arrive at an island only to be shot through time. This is a basic run down on what occurs so it won't spoil anything for you if you decide to play this.
Based on my attempt to play this title it was amusing to start off with. The intro was beautiful, the game overall visually was stunning. Hack N' Slash elements made it very exciting to, time travel thrown into the mix made me feel like I was playing "Blinx".
Controls: Very interesting and could have gone so far. The gameplay mechanics are what kept me playing.
Design: Characters and environments are gorgeous
Voice Acting: Sucked immense balls! I was thrown off so much when I heard a british accent come out of the characters mouth. The type clothes she wears and her story don't fit the voice at all.
Verdict: Worth a play, although I'll admit the voice acting is the most jarring part of the whole experience. Game Mechanics kept me so entertained, with third person gun wielding, to sword action, plus magic. I was very pleased, although would not play the full game. Stopped after the first Mini Boss and it sits in my shelf still solely due to the fact it was pretty and had cool game controls even if they were not refined.
