Hikaru and Kali
Hikaru was brought to this ball and sent to the crowded ballroom with his one year old son. When he saw how crowded it was, the male left having heard about a pool in the area. As soon as he was able to, Hikaru removed the clothing he had worn to cover himself and jumped into the pool his tail forming as soon as he hit the water. The merman let out a sigh even as Kali walked around the edge for a moment before jumping in himself. Unlike his parent, Kali remained a human, he wasn't old enough to see if he was able to change forms just yet. "Kali, Im sorry I couldn't protect you from this life. I should have been more careful when we were at the beach." His child just shook his head and smiled holding his hands out to be held as his mother swam about the pool. Kali could hold his breath and breath under the water unlike human children.
