There's a lot of letters missing in the subforum titles and thread titles. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue? Could it be my phone is not displaying them for some reason or have the letters disappeared with site updates over time maybe? I can't understand them at all with all the missing letters though I do try. It feels like I am playing hang man when I try to read it trying to figure out what's being said with missing letters. LOL!

They're typed out with special characters, not just the normal letters on your keyboard.
So it's very likely your phone doesn't recognize special characters like them.
