Aura  Aura was brought into a cage having been drugged and sold to this shop by the men that found her. The seeress wasn't sure what would become of her, and since she was currently alone, she didn't have any visions, of course, that didn't stop the spirits from coming to visit her, some of them were good, others, were not. As she sat there, the living doll, just looked ahead of her sitting on the floor of her cage knowing that sooner or later someone else would enter the room. Wither they were willing or not.

 Vincent walked through the slave market, looking for a companion and lover. A young woman inside one of the cages caught his attention... she was so beautiful, yet he could clearly see the sadness and despair in her eyes. Vincent stood in front of her cage, smiling warmly at her. "Hello." he said politely "How would you like to be set free?"

Aura Looking up from her spot on the floor the girl shifted back in her cage her back pressed against the bars behind her. She wasn't sure what this male was, but his appearance reminded her of demons, or even evil ghosts. Still, he was the first person to talk with her. "I want to get out of here yes, though what you offer isn't really freedom is it? Being bought isn't the same as living out my life the way I wish."

Vincent was overjoyed when the girl said she had wanted to be free. He handed a bag of gold over to the guard and waited patienty while the money was counted. When the guard was satisfied, he unlocked the door and pulled it open.
"Actually, I don't want to make you my slave. To tell the truth, I am quite lonely, and I am looking for a companion who will stay by my side and keep me company." said Vincent softly. He then stepped nto the cage and took Aura's hand. As he smiled at her warmly, the loneliness and despair were clear in his eyes "If you don't want this, I understand - and I will set you free to live your life as you please. I'm Lord Vincent Everfear, by the way - and who are you?"

Aura "A companion? I guess what I am would work well for you then. Im not really fully human. Well I am, but I was put into a body that couldn't die." She said before she looked away from the other for a moment. "I am Aura. I cant really return home, so I might as well go with you."

"Aura..." said Vincent softly, enjoying the way her name rolled off of his tongue. He was happy that she had decided to go with him. "A fitting name for a beautiful girl such as yourself. And it works out well that you are immortal... I am a dragon myself, so that means we will be able to stay together for thousands of years to come." He gazed dreamily into her eyes... "But only if you want to, of course. I wouldn't want to hold you back from living the life you really want."
Vincent then put his arm around Aura's shoulder and led her out of the slave shop. He stood there for a minute, enjoying the cool, fresh air... He was sure that it must have been heavenly for her, after being trapped in the crowded, smelly slave market for so long. "It feels good to be free again, doesn't it?" he asked, pulling her into his arms and hugging her tightly "I promise you, Aura... you'll never see the inside of another cage for as long as you live."

Aura Aura listened to what the male, this dragon had to say. "It isn't normal for a human to live so long, it can do things to one's soul." She knew about souls, what living for thousands of years would do to her however she couldn't be certain. It didn't really matter as she couldn't actually die anyways. Once she was out of the cage she tensed up feeling his arm around her shoulder. "I cant really tell the difference. I can see spirits, and feel them all around me, I don't think Ive ever had a breath of fresh air." The thought of not being in a cage again were comforting, but could he really promise such a thing?

Vincent found the fact that Aura could see spirits to be fascinating - she was such a beautiful, interesting person to him... "My home is up in the mountains - the only way to get there is by flying." said Vincent "Seeing as you don't have wings yourself, you'll have to ride me..."
Vincent then shifted out of his human form, transforming into a massive black dragon. He leaned down and affectionately nuzzled the side of his head against Aura to show her that he meant no harm. He then squatted down low to the ground to make it easier for her to climb on. "Just climb onto my back, hold on tight, and enjoy the ride... Don't worry, I will not let you fall."
