The Eternal Dark chose to make there new home in the older mall. There is an underground level. Most of the stores have been converted to apartments. A couple of the larger ones have been turned into meeting rooms.

Mikaela leaned forward. “Rest now, love.” He replied with a firm tone before standing up. Mikaela began to head towards the front door of the library, his back facing Willa. Immediately, Willa reached for his hand as he stopped. She held onto his wrist. Mikaela remained silent.

“Mikaela, wait.” She pleaded. Slowly, he faced her before helping her to her feet. Their eyes stared at one another. Without warning, Mikaela’s hand touched the side of her cheek. He leaned forward. Mikaela’s eyes closed as their lips met while Willa’s remained opened. Willa remained still, unsure how to respond. Mikaela’s other hand wrapped around Willa’s waist, pulling her in closer to him. After a moment, he slowly pulled away, his face now at her ear.

“It’s unfortunate you heard that name from another.” He paused briefly before he continued. “Aria will be dealt with for her part in this. Do not proceed to interfere in private matters.” He replied before pulling away. Mikaela was not all pleased how things turned out, but yet, remained calm through it all. He stared at her for a moment before once again heading to the front door of the library.

“Da****, Mikaela, stop!” Willa yelled as she chased after him.

“Come, shekki.” Mikaela mumbled under his breath as a large summoning sword appeared in his hand. Swiftly, he pointed it at Willa. Willa stopped a few inches from the tip of the blade, the fear in her eyes as she stood there. She took a step back.

“Come, shekki!” Willa yelled. To her surprise, the sword didn’t appear. Mikaela lifted his sword closer to her throat as the tip was few inches away.

“Shekki can be summon by its welder, but not if that welder already has possession of it. Since we share the same body, the rules do apply therefore you can’t summon it again.”

“End it then.” Willa demanded.

“If that is what you desire.” Mikaela replied as he swings his sword back before lunging forward at Willa’s face. Willa closed her eyes out of fear. She felt a slight breeze as she slowly opened her eyes, the tip of the blade now beside her cheek before disappearing out of thin air.

“Enough Blood has been spilled.” Mikaela signed. “As much as I wish to be liberated from you, I cannot. We’re one of the same, love. I’m obligated to deal with tough circumstances which are essential for my appearance to be present. You need me.” He paused before he spoke again.

“Do not test my patience. Should you interfere once more, I shall handle you accordingly. I will not be merciful about it. Are we clear?” He calmly asked. Mikaela has always been a stone cold person. His honesty can be excessive and cruel, but it makes him who he is. No one understands that more than Willa. Her mind after all created someone who can take the hits without becoming sentimental, thus Mikaela was born. After a moment, Willa nodded as a sign of submissiveness.

Mikaela ‘s hand once again touched the side of her cheeks. “The information you seek will be reveal in due time, love. This I swear to you, but now, rest.” He calmly replied as he leaned forward, his eyes closed. This time, Willa did the same, their lips met one another.

A moment later, Mikaela’s eyes slowly opened. As his eyes came back into focus, he noticed Aria standing over him, holding a towel on his head. Without warning, he shoved her hand away, not being nice about it.

“Do not touch me.” Mikaela replied with a firm tone in his voice. Slowly, he began to pull himself up in a sitting position. Due to his injury, it took a few times before he was successful. As he adjusted himself, his eyes immediately glared at Aria, his face remaining stone cold. It’s the look that sends chills down your spine, but yet, more neutral and professional way.

“If you are expecting appreciation for your assistance don’t bother. You’ve done enough damage as it is.” Mikaela replied, holding the towel over his wound. Slowly, he pulled himself up, leaning most of his weight on the wall beside him for support.

“D***, this body is in a weak state. No matter, I’ll handle the situation as I always do.” Mikaela thought, as he began to walk away from Aria, his back facing her while leaned up against the wall. He stopped for a moment, his head slightly turned to face her.

“The injuries Willa sustained from your poor judgment are on you. I did not reveal this information to be shared with when it comes to her. Do not parade into this matter again. In this, you are powerless.” It might have been too harsh, but Mikaela doesn’t care.

“This conversation will conclude for now, love. Do not follow. I wish be unaccompanied.” He replied before he walked off, his hand still holding the towel on his wound. He managed to make it to the stairs.

“It appears I am on the ground level.” Mikaela thought. At first, he struggled to keep himself balanced as he climbed up the stairs, but eventually his strength returned. He glanced behind him to make sure Aria didn’t follow.

“Aria will indeed pursue after me. No doubt, try to have Willa return. This I cannot allow. Willa is much too weak due to her injuries.” Mikaela thought. Finally, he made it to the top level.

“It’s a risk, due to this body’s condition, but I must endeavor. Aria cannot find me just yet.” He took a moment before he channeled up power, causing himself to go into haste as he raced off with incredible speed. It took some time, but he managed to make it outside of headquarters. Mikaela didn’t take the time to admire the scenery as he continued to race off, still in haste. He checked a few times behind him to see if Aria followed. So far, no sight of her. Mikaela knew he only had minutes left before his haste expires as he pushed himself faster to head towards his destination. He knew one place he wanted to be. He was close just as the haste expired. He took a moment to catch his breath. Normally, he can handle the stress that this body takes, but the injury is far worse than he expected. He started to feel a little light headed. His hand touched the wound on his head, seeing more blood.

“D***, this is not good.” Mikaela cursed under his breath. As he looked up, he noticed that he made it to his destination; Siren’s Song. He situated himself before heading into the front door.

Aria watched patiently while Mikaela sat up, waiting to see what type of hissy fit they were going to throw. There was always some type of fit. He could never come out peacefully or in a good mood and this time didn’t seem like it was going to prove that wrong, She didn’t bat an eye when he glared at her.

She had to hold back a sigh as she watched him get up.
Doesn’t he know not to move with a head wound?
She did roll her eyes when he asked her not to follow. Yes, because I take orders from you, she thought to herself, but she decided to humor him for a bit. Or at least make him think she was humoring him. She gestured to Senka, calling him over. Once he was by her side, she held out the bloodied napkin. “Track him,” she commanded, while climbing onto his back.

Once again, she was in headquarters having to deal with someone bleeding everywhere. At least this time they were awake. She carefully, helped him get to the couch, before going and grabbing the first aid kit. Pulling the cloth away from his face, she cleaned the wound. It looked like it had stopped bleeding for the most part. Only a little bit slowly oozed out. She decided it would be best to put some butterfly stitches on it anyway. Once that was done, she put a gaze bandage over it.

“You should probably eat something and not do anything to stressful,” she said, before going to grab something for him to eat. She didn’t trust him enough to be left by himself while she cooked. So she only grabbed a couple yogurts and some granola bars. It wasn’t much, but it would hopefully help a bit. If he even ate them.

Luckily, he didn’t run off while she was gone. She set the food on the coffee table and sat down next to him on the couch. “What does the name mean? Willa has never mentioned it before and you have never told me,” she said, getting right to the point. There was no use trying to ease into the conversation.

Mikaela remained silent since leaving the club. There was nothing he wanted to say to her. He has his doubts about her, but for Willa’s sake, he needs to behave himself. Like it or not, she is still his superior. As he watched Aria go get the first aid kit, Mikaela took the time to calm himself.

“Willa, how could you friend someone like that? I guess I will never understand your logic.” Mikaela thought as Aria cleaned his wound. His eyes stared at her, watching her every move. As Aria finished, putting bandages on his head, she spoke to him.

“Not hungry.” He calmly replied, biting his tongue from saying anything else. Mikaela could have run off while her back was turned, but what’s the point on that? As Aria set food on the coffee table, Mikaela stared at it.

“Yogurt and granola bars? Not what you call real food, but guess her way of feeding me.” Mikaela thought, grabbing the granola bar. He didn’t realize how hungry he was. He ate everything Aria gave him. His eyes immediately glared at Aria as she sat down next to him on the couch.

“Oh here we go.” Mikaela though, straightening himself up, waiting for the lecture, but instead she spoke about his name’s meaning. That took Mikaela by surprise. He didn’t expect that question.

“I listen in here and now, but surely Willa must’ve told you.” Mikaela replied.

“Dam***, Willa.” He cursed under his breath, making sure Aria didn’t hear him.

“Very well, we’re due for a discussion anyways.” Mikaela sighed.

“Mikaela is Willa’s older brother. He meant everything to Willa as she for him, but then he died. It wasn’t in a peaceful way either. Willa doesn’t know the horrible details and I like to keep it that way for now. Tell her about today, what I did. I don’t care. I want her to know what took place here.” Slowly, Mikaela stood up, able to do so. His eyes stared at the ground, almost reenacting the moment in his mind.

“Willa suffered years of abuse. She thought she was doing right when those people forced her to…” Mikaela paused. Out of anger, he faced the wall, balled his fist and punched it hard. He repeated a couple of times.

“Ba******, how could you?!” He yelled. “You deserved what I did to you!” He leaned his head against the wall, his fist still beating the wall as he collapsed to the ground. “Willa can’t know that, she can’t…” He paused, his eyes closed. He lowered his fist to the ground. After a moment, Willa resurfaced. Her eyes opened suddenly, pulling herself away from the wall. She stared around the room dazed and confused before she notice Aria there. Her eyes widen with the look of fear on her face.

“Where am I?” Willa whispered. Willa stood up, staring around the room before looking back at Aria. “How I get here?” She frantically asked, tears began falling down her face. Quickly, she grabbed Aria’s shoulder, shaking her. “Please, tell me, what did i do?!” Willa pleaded

Everything made since once she learned that the name was her brother's before it was Mikaela's. Of course she would react like that. It must have been a shock hearing it from someone else. I think I will call him something different just in case. Wouldn't want a repeat experience, she thought. "I understand," she said in response.

When he started punching the wall, she groaned, getting up to stop him. By the time she got over to him and grabbed his arm, it was no longer Mikaela. So, much for a discussion. She waited a moment for Willa to focus more, and in the mean time thought over what little details he gave about their slavery. Most people in the gang had similar pasts. Of course the degree of how traumatic they were varied. Her past wasn't the best to say the least. Though she had people that tried to look out for her, which is one of the reasons she tried to be that person for others. She was pulled from her thoughts when Willa started shaking her. Quickly she grabbed her and stopped her. She didn't care for people shoving her around like that, but she wouldn't get angry at her for it. That would only make things worse.

"Shush. It's okay, you're okay. You fell down the stairs and I brought you here. Storm Shadow surfaced and ran away, but I brought you back before he could endanger both of you further. You have a bad head wound and need to take it easy." She didn't feel like going into detail about what happened. Nor did she see the need to. "Also, I am sorry about earlier, I didn't mean to upset you."

Willa reacted without restrain. Her mind was a mess. As Aria grabbed her, Willa snapped back to her senses. “Settle down now.” Willa thought. She listened, maintaining self-control as Aria spoke.

“What more damage has he done while I was away?” Willa thought. She knew Aria would not say more should she react the way she did again. She took a moment, now fully calm.

“It is I who should apologize.” Willa calmly replied. The fact that Mikaela hid that for her, Willa could understand why he chose not to reveal it.

“That name caught me off guard. It won’t happen again.” She replied, slowly pulling her arms away from Aria’s grasp. Willa felt ashamed how she portrayed herself in front of Aria, when it was her who asked. She needs to learn more self-control. Gradually, she wiped her eyes and face.
She noticed a slight dent on the wall. As she examines it, she can tell someone punch it. She knew it had to be her. Her eyes stared down, noticing her knuckles slightly cut up with some blood. It doesn’t appear to be broken, just sore. She will take care of it when home since first aid is at her home.

She looked back at Aria. “Any damages he has caused, I will compensate for it.” She replied. Willa also noticed granola bar wrappers and yogurts on the ground. Mikaela must have done that too.

“Mikaela, you’re anger will get me in trouble.” Willa thought as she sighed, picking the items up from the floor. She walked over to the nearest trash can, throwing them away which was not far. Again, she looked back at Aria

“If you don’t mind, I like to return home, attend to this injury myself.” She softly spoke, showing Aria her hand. “You did more than enough for the trouble that I…”we” have done. I appreciate it.” She replied, implying Mikaela as “we”. Willa felt so drained. Her energy not fully returned. Walking wasn’t an option especially alone.

“Would you mind escorting me there? I hate to be a burden." Willa calmly replied.

Aria calmly watched her compose herself. She was glad that she seemed to be doing much better now. She wasn't sure she could handle dealing with Willa freaking out a second time so soon. "It's fine. He didn't destroy anything. Just bled all over the place," she said. She didn't count the minor dent i the wall. After all the base walls were brick. The drywall and stuff was just to reduce echos. Not to mention it wasn't in the best shape anyway. She tried to keep it neat, but accidents happened. "I think you two mostly scared people."

She nodded when Willa said she wanted to treat her knuckles at her apartment. She was a little surprised that she asked for help, but glad she did. She would hate it if something happened to her. "Of course. We'll shadow travel." She had been to Willa's apartment a few times, so it shouldn't be a problem. She grabbed Willa's hand and pulled her over to the nearest shadow. She didn't pull to much, not wanting to end up dragging her or causing further injury. Soon enough they were standing in Willa's apartment.

Tobias walked into headquarters quietly, his tablet tucked safely in one of his pockets as he looked around. He did make a mental note of the dent in the wall, walking over to it and brushing his dark fingertips against it thoughtfully before he stepped away and turned his attention back to the rest of the room. He had a feeling he should ask someone about what happened, sometimes knowing meant that if questions were asked he could possibly have the answers to them. Having the answers always seemed to help things go smoother.

Tobias walked through headquarters, heading towards Aria's room quietly. He wasn't in any hurry to reach it after all, and his pace matched that much. Once he reached the door he lifted his dark hand up and knocked on it, patiently waiting for a response.
