~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Anna opened the door silently, stepping in to the classroom. She had just been outside, and wanted to know where each of her classes would be. The first one she came to was the Creature of Mythology class. With a raised eyebrow, Anna made her way to a desk in the back, something she preferred since she felt all but boxed in in the front when it came to seating. Nannette pulled out her book for the class and opened it, beginning on the first page so she could get a small head start before everyone or anyone else entered the room.

James stretched and yawned as he came into the classroom. He looked around and saw a bunch of empty chairs except for one girl in the back. He walked over to the desk that was furthest away tucked into the corner of the room against the wall. He always chose that seat because it was easier to sleep in class and not get away with it... so far. He hung his backpack on the back of his chair, placed the textbook open on the desk, and sat down with a bored expression on his face. Then after a few moments he began to lean back in his chair wondering when the class would start and what would the teacher look like.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The vampire's attention never left her book, even when she heard footsteps coming from the other person who had just entered. 'Oh look, another person. At least he isn't saying anything for the time being.' She thought, turning the page in her book before finally closing it and letting a sigh sound from her lips. Crimson colored eyes surveyed the surrounding area again, hoping that this wouldn't have to take long. 'A wolf..interesting..' Though she hadn't really been around wolves before, Anna new of the legends that were passed down through the family.

James closed his eyes and started to doze off when his stomach started growling, it almost sounded like an animal was inside is stomach. He sat up straight and grabbed his stomach quickly, 'oh god this is embarrassing...' he thought to himself and looked around to make sure the other girl didn't hear it. 'I knew I should've had a second breakfast!' For some reason James was always hungry even if he had just eaten a big meal!

 Monae Beaumont ---------------------------- Nicknames/Titles: Scary Mona Race: Vampire Where: Teaching Studies of Mythical Creatures ---------------------------- Monae walked through the open door of her classroom, the sound of her heels clicking on the floor behind her. She gave a long yawn and her fangs clearly visible. She walked over to her desk that sat in front of the class and plopped herself into the chair but got back up when she remembered that there were students already in there. She walked around the desk and sat down on top facing the two students "Cool only two kids that makes my job easier." she smiled at the two. "Hello, My name is Monae Beaumont, I am the professor of the Study of Mythical Creatures and I will try to make this class educational and fun. If you give me your respect then you will earn mine. I'm sure there will be more students such as yourselves coming in here later, since it's the first day of class I'll let it slide for now." She jumped off the desk and walked over to the chalkboard on the wall and began writing. She put the chalk down and stepped to the side so they can read it. She wrote "WELCOME" then underneath it "Everyone will be required to stand up one by one and introduce themselves by stating their Name, What they are, and What they wish to cover in this class" She gave them a few moments to read it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The vampire gave a quiet giggle when she had heard the male's stomach grumble off. Her entire composure changed when she heard the clicking of heels coming down the hall and returned her attention to her book. Anna lifted her head when a person had walked in, realizing it was the professor of the class. As the female had walked in and introduced herself, Anna watched as she began writing on the board and raised her eyebrow once the woman pulled back. 'Great...public speaking...' Speaking in front of others had not been her forte. But, for the sake of herself and just to get it over with she willed herself to do it.
"Uh...hi. I'm-uh-I'm Nannette LeFray. But please, call me Anna." Nannette started off, but stopped when it had come to the second part. 'Crap!' Now wasn't the time to begin fighting with herself over stating what she was. With a small sigh, the girl began speaking once more.
"I am a vampire. And as for what I would like to cover is pretty much just about everything that deals with the subject."Nannette sat down after giving her mini speech and let out a breath. Finally! It was over.

James nodded at the girls speech and when she sat down he jumped up rather quickly to introduce himself. "Hello, My name is James Elrick Rosewood, but um just James please." he gave a nervous laugh because he was embarrassed by his middle name. "Well I am a Lycan and I would like t-" before he could finish the sentence his stomach let out another growl. He stood there frozen unknowing what to do as his face grew a bright red. "uh…."

Kashigari Riya Kashigari jogged down the hallway to her first class; I knew I shouldn't have stopped for breakfast, she grumbled to herself. As she turned into the classroom she was greeted by a loud growl. Looking around, she figured that it came from the boy with the bright red face. She was surprised at how empty the classroom was, only two other students were there with the professor. "Sorry for being late, it won't happen again" She said, looking at the professor apologetically. Kashigari made her way to the back of the room, and placed her bookbag beside her chair. She read the intructions on the board and groaned internally. She hated public speaking, mainly because her voice was naturally quiet and she had a tough time projecting it.

She placed her palm on her forehead and shook her head laughing to herself. She lifted her head at the new student that walked in and gave her nod to say she understood. She walked over to her desk and bended down, underneath the desk was a small fridge that she kept food and snacks in (secretly). She opened the fridge and pulled out a thing of yogurt and tossed it to the boy, "this should hold you over till lunch." She understood what it was like to be hungry all the time. "But please finish what you were saying first kid." she smiled at him. She could already tell that this was going to be an interesting class.

James caught the yogurt and put it on his desk, "T-Thank you Professor…" he cleared his throat "Uh like I was saying I would like to learn more about creatures that I haven't met yet." he sat down and started eating the yogurt. 'This is sooo good!…' he thought to himself and smiled to himself, he was happy to be able to eat something.

Kashigari Riya After the boy finished his introduction Kashigari stood up and began to mess with the end of her hair, "Um, hey there. I'm Kashigari Riya, but you can call me Kashi for short. I'm a demon- well, half demon anyway. And what I want to cover in class.." she trailed off as she shifted her weight from one leg to the other. "I guess as many creatures as we can." Kashigari swiftly sat down, feeling her cheeks growing slightly red.

Anna gave the girl a quick look over and turned her attention back to the book. Skimming through some pages, Nannette closed the book once more and took out some paper and began writing on the paper. 'An interesting class it will be, indeed.' She thought, scribbling on the piece of paper in front of her, her mind elsewhere in thought.

Kashigari Riya Kashigari rummaged through her back and discovered that in her rush she had forgotten her textbook in her dorm. "Um, sorry Professor..." She said as she meekly raised her hand, "I forgot my book in my room. I'll go grab it really quick." She said as she pushed out her chair, scurrying to her room.
