From a very young age, Korvain was trained to be the perfect killer. He is now one of the world's greatest assassins, and is known as the "Ace of Spades" because he leaves his 'signature' an Ace of Spades playing card at the scene of every murder he commits. He has made enough money to spend the rest of his life in comfortable retirement, yet instead continues to ply his deadly trade, because he finds it enjoyable and it is all he really knows how to do. Despite his wealth, he lives a rather modest life.
Despite his successful life as a hitman, Korvain isn't truly happy. He often feels lonely, and wishes that he had somebody to love... He would gladly do anything to make them happy and comfortable, even if it meant giving up being a hitman.
