Nothing but desert to go on for days within in area of Egypt. Let not the sands deceive you, this place has a name for a reason. Like the archaeologist known as Katar Hol (Hawkman), Azijn spends his time here with his followers, intending to revive the very pyramids lying underneath the sands. There is something here the Ancient Thanagarians hid away. Something that only Onimar Synn was able to accomplish. Azijn intends to bring his race a miracle.

((Nifty layout to come later. I decided to take you up on your offer in the Skype chat about joining you in Egypt as well, Sean.))

Her purple lips stretched into a yawn as he green eyes gazed over at a crystal globe. Through looking through it alone, she could see the events spanning out across the Earth. In one instance, she found her sworn in enemy practically swooning her hands around her would be host for the night. She would be certain to pay her dreams a visit later. The second figure came in the form of the would be Green Lantern as he worked on computers just to have a bout with one of the hostesses in the building. As fast as clothes appeared on her however, she was out of sight and almost out of mind. In another perspective she would find an intense battle taking place in Queensland Park, Metropolis. From it alone, her face frowned in boredom.

"That's the thing with these new villains..."the sight of someone appearing in black armor aside someone that would have given Bertilaak a run for his money in the armor department was what annoyed her. The figure was holding his own against the heroes that had seemingly swarmed him in. The monstrous figure in red had yet to intervene, but this other one was seemingly itching to have a fight."They're too much of a try hard. This pest is ruining my view..."

The black cats and jackals that had gathered around her in the desert attempted to calm her mood, but once she was irritated, it was hard to replace the divine figure's mood. If he could put his two cents into a battle, why couldn't she? The woman enjoyed the thrill of heroes fighting valiantly. Maybe she was a sucker for the Arthurian Romances despite her being the thorn in everyone's side while living in those times. Either way, no one liked a show off. A simple casting of the hand would just simply make the figure vanish off back from wherever it had come from. She contemplated the thought entirely while awaiting to hear from a potential client.

Azíjn spent his time -the freedom he permitted himself- in the lovely sands of Egypt. This particular setting led him to Luxor where the Kings of yore found themselves entrenched by the sands of time, their pasts well on the way to being rediscovered. He stood over some monuments that were stuck by the sands like hardened clay, his Absorbascon tracing over every figure with it's radiant red light as he acquired information on those who built these structures in Ancient Egypt.

"Worry yourself on not the means, but the cause..." the golden Egyptian like scepter stopped emitting the light as it ceased to function for the time being. "It's quite a shame that that lowly maggots that evolved into premature warmongering heretics would waste their knowledge on something far less superior."

He turned to greet the dark sorceress, but not with a simple hello or howdy do. It was with a simple gesture of informing her of the pest she was planning to be rid of. His Absorbascon did not have to tell him what his Nth could not as it reacted to just her presence alone. He was talking to one of the most powerful beings on this saltwater planet.

"The scarab is proposed by some if not most of the powerful figures in the Galaxy to be the counter to the Guardian's Lanterns, but their adaptability is their greatest flaw. It cannot comprehend our armor nor the magics you can conjure up. Anyone with a distinct caliber as us can kill it efficiently without so much as lifting a finger. You can do as you seek with it though. The sooner we flesh out the weaklings on this planet, the sooner you can claim it as yours."

Her desires were laid bare before him like her dark soul. He knew what she had come for. She sought the aid of him like every person seeking to buy his armaments. The Justicar was funding a war well into the works with a key set of who was going to play major roles and who was going to be out on the first wave. His Absorbascon had a way of informing him of everything around him, not just the stones alone. That included being able to see what Morgaine Le Fey was thinking and viewing while he did not have to look at her once. He hopped off the large towering statues, landing gracefully and lightly like an angel.

"What can I do you for?"

Morgaine merely watched from the glass a bit further as the battle was seemingly at a standstill. Did he refer to the being as weak when he said that they would flesh out those not fit for something befitting to come in the grand scheme of things or was he using double meaning to his words. She did not fear death. It never came to someone like her. Just because he was saying someone like her and him could take it down easily did not mean it could be taken down right away. He could have just been sugaring his words up to incite something that should not be started, though from her gaze alone, she could tell the being inside was a person with a soul, one she could sap away without even the morsel of trying.

"If it's as easy as you say, why kill it now? Is there fear behind your words?"She could not see his soul like she could with everyone mortal. Was there something blocking it or was he truly a monster? He had announced to her what she was desiring without even paying attention to her, his yellow eyes fixated on those statues before he had landed down from the deathly heights without so much as a fracture, light and graceful as if he was an angel."In either case, I have missed my target...she's awoken..I have come to cause chaos, but not alone. My dear Lance is away at the moment. I need someone who's like him: Fit for the fight, strong, fast, and larger than life. A knight. I hear you're the go to person with armaments not of this world."

Morgaine knew of the unworldly herself. She conjured magics that were even divine in form to the hellish of creatures from other realms. It was true that she could conjure up a man and turn him into her knight or banish someone's soul to the Nether planes and take their lifeless shell, but where was all the fun in it? As her words rang true, she was not looking for some stand in. She was looking for someone to thrill her like the fights in Theseus's Colosseums or just even the warring of the gods like Mars and Saturn.

"I wish to imbue my knowledge with yours and smack this world out of it's stratosphere. Just as well as you are selling your trades for pleasure, I'm certain there is something you desire fully as well, so now my question to you is what can I do for you?"She was beside him, her lips whispering into his ears seductively, her presence almost deathly with silence in quality. Her long dark nails brushed against his beard as she awaited his answer.

Azíjn felt her nearing presence, but merely walked towards the statue of the Pharoahs, most notably King Tut's. His golden eyes examined the frame as the pen-like device he carried shot from his hand into the air, the red light emanating it's aura around the statue as he turned to look at the sorceress. He heard all of her words, but could only find himself into a chuckle.

"Quite the contrary. I am but a mere enabler to this world. Where you see a question in words, I do indeed see a double meaning. Look at your glass and tell me what do you see? You take in to your sights someone ruining your idea of a thrilling battle, but what if that's not the way things play out? What if he's meant to die, this hero?" His words were like Iron and Fire forged from the pits of the Underworld but like Isis's heavenly palace, fires of grand majestic began to ignite around the figure, bright and silver as the sword who drew its strength had appeared. As the blade's hilt rested into his palm, he slashed it outwards, the tip seemingly stopping in close precision to two helmets shaped like Hawks, clothed in blood. "In all my years of being on this Earth, I have witnessed heroes come and go only once. If that was but once, who's to say it won't happen again? Who's to say that if these "villains" were to die, the gods of Greece and Rome, Egypt, Norse...the world, would not just write them back for their own amusement in some other form like an endless cycle of life?"

His blade had seemingly made no harm in the surroundings around them or her for that matter, but as the blade rested into the sand, the fires turning the dust into glass, the statues before them were marked with a crimson hot trail of orange and red as the monuments began to tremble and fall into pieces. He would expect an immortal being to never fear pain or death, but she would not have to worry about the large debris falling on to them in the sunken craters. The sound of blades slicing through the air were heard as the sunlight cast itself through the dark shadows the heads of the Pharoahs had cast over them. If Morgaine had but blink and glanced back up, she would find a figure hovering over her with not but just one set of wings, but two almost like the Nephilim themselves.

"You asked me what it is I desire? Upon my descent to this young planet, I have delivered my home the greatest miracle. I have slain those who would oppose us. Now I bide time until they send their warring wrath in conquest upon its remains, but before they arrive, I have promised myself to give Horus another miracle. We have searched Thanagar in the wake of Onimar Synn for our ancient texts, but the marvel of it all was that they were hidden away on this world during our first visit thousands to millions of years back. It is here in Egypt. I can feel the Nth underneath this place, yet it's so far.

His clawed hands were raised as the ground underneath the woman began to tremble, the animals that has attracted to her, running for shelter. When his hands lowered, everything stopped. "It's quite simple what I want. I need you, oh great and powerful Morgaine Le Fey, to perform and miracle and move the mountains, part the seas...I need for you to move the sands of time away and reveal what they've buried. Help me and we shall find your knight."

What would her offer be? Would she aid him in quite an unholy task? Surely there was nothing for her to be worried about.

Morgaine retracted her hand the moment the male had walked away. He seemed far more entranced in whatever it was he had found in this long forgotten place than to give in to feminine wiles of millenniums past. She slouched back onto the rock of which she found comfort and began to play around with the orb in her hand once more. In that moment, more people began to appear inside of it, one in particular being a male clad in Atlantean armor: Orm, who like her, was prying around as well. What were his motives for doing so however?

"It seems I have two egos to feed..."Her gray eyes glanced at the rubble, watching as the large heads began to fall from the figure's swift but powerful might. She would be fascinated in his powers and how it fit her otherwise idea of crafting a man with power, but she was a bit preoccupied on not just him alone, but the other watching figure who was now setting himself out for Aeaea. In that gaze alone, she would find another masculine figure in the shape of a large shark man and two women, one of whom Morgaine knew very well. While she knew of Circe, she could honestly say she never worked beside her, though in her own mind, she was certain there was much the two could accomplish with their powers combined.

Then her mind fixated itself back on to Orm and his insatiable lust to claim his kingdom? Wasn't that any man's desire? To prove their valiant worth in one way or another and in the act of doing so, bring in the help of those they would call friends? A modern day code of ethics that long transitioned itself from Arthur, his court, and their Pentangle, but from what she could see and hear, it was quite the similar motives. Orm was planning something major and he was not the only one. She glanced back at Azijn, hearing what it was he desired and if she did not hear it, she felt the massive presence that otherwise emanated off of him by the ground responding to his will that made her eyes widen from the usual bored expression that adorned her features.

"If I can find this city for you, then we head out immediately. Someone or something has garnered my attention as well."Of all the animals that had fled from the tremors, only one remained: a black cat. Morgaine rose from the large sand covered boulder and watched as the orb began to darken. In all accounts of her in stories, she was either portrayed as the villain or the seductress testing the bond of men and their code of ethics. Never once was she the innocent figure and truly she did not care for such a thing. She was just as powerful as any man dared to claim themselves out to be, but preferred to be the one standing beside the figure who embodied power . She's had her share of watching what happened when Queens came into power and quite honestly, it was boring. While she would set out to claim Camelot as hers when the time was right, it was mostly in interest for her son Mordred. Let's face it: having power came with its perks and flaws and she knew very well none of it mattered if there was nothing to have sovereignty over.

The glass twisted and broke, nothing but the vast voids of space and the cosmos entrancing the very sand around them in a purple dust as all of it began to retract itself inside. This was not an instant task. The sand itself responded with fury, the skies around them darkening out from the gusts that now kicked up a powerful sandstorm all of which was being absorbed inside of the orb, the center for all of calamity itself. Within minutes, the spell had ceased and most of the sands accumulated over time had been replaced with the sight of one extremely large palace.

"Now I see why they refer to this place as the Valley of Kings..."She smiled with satisfaction at the sight of various pyramids and tombs that were long forgotten and were at one point well too deep for any of the present day archaeologists to be able to dig up. Like being forgotten, she could hear their undying souls: the kings and their followers."An uprising is occurring. If it is as you say, then maybe things will play out entirely different, but for now, you have your city and I may have a few more things..."

Azíjn hovered above in awe. His words probably had fallen on deaf ears, but his might with the Nth underneath the sands had probably amused the sorceress than his strange monologuing. Honestly, it bored himself but people needed to hear a person's conviction sometimes. As the sands had revealed the fallen empires, Azíjn was convinced otherwise.

"You have aided me in my task, now I shall aid you in yours. Where are we headed?" He snapped his fingers and watched as the vehicles began to appear in the distance by the mounds. People dressed in black fatigues all began to pour out towards the flying alien as they began to swarm the entire city. It was quite the beauty in itself, the hidden pyramids formerly drenched in sand revealing mounds of marble and other treasures crafted into a city. Anyone could be rich within moments which is why he had his men already ready. These resources were not to be taken by anyone else, anyone that was simply too foolish to understand these resources glorious plans. His ship above began to cast the hologram of the place being just as it was formerly, vacant.

Morgaine walked down the aisles of pillars that led straight to the throneroom. The orb she carried around with her merely followed suit as the cat meowed loudly, following after the two. Her dark nails brushed against the crypts and even the beautiful carvings on the walls themselves, sensing their souls begging for release. It was amazing how these architects were able to hide so many bodies behind art, perhaps as a means to protect whoever had truly lied within them. She would have loved to awaken her "soldiers" right then and there, but like her senses had warned her, her globe alluded to showing her what was going on. Her brown eyes stared at the glass, watching as her so called "threat" was currently engaged to a heated battle with some horrendous being in Crimson red fire. She knew who he was and was quite frankly unbothered, but that was besides the fact. Why was he gunning for a pitiful stain in existence when they were destined to have a small but brief quarrel for the throne? Morgaine would humor it.

"It seems our paths shall cross again in the future Azíjn..."She said, her bare feet trekking through the sands as she exited the chambers. A portal that opened the dark depths of space began to tear itself into the boundaries of reality as Morgaine placed one foot through. "I have a date with fate and you have a date with the death of someone." Not his own death of course. The person he would face would easily be outclassed, but that was his own volition of engaging the alien Justicar. Her full body stepped through and upon doing so, she was at the house that was beginning to paint the tales of a fight blooming with rage and boy could she not feel it emanating. It was time to toy with this so called "heir" could do under pressure.
