Guildwide Rules
As with any guild or organization, a set of rules must be built and maintained. As a guideline and an example for the members of that guild, who must abide by them. Below are the rules of this guild, which must be followed both in character (IC) and out of character (OOC).
Guild Rules
⦁ Gaia ToS will be followed and maintained. Any breaking of Gaia rules will result in an immediate ban.
⦁ All Rules will be followed. Breakages of these Rules will be dealt with based on their severity.
⦁ Moderators (Crew, Vice-Captain(s), & Captain) have authority, with Vice-Captain(s) and Captain holding supereme authority.
⦁ R - E - S - P - E - C - T Members will respect everyone else, from moderators to their fellow members. You will be given warnings before you are banned.
⦁ There will be a maximum of three (3) characters per person, only if the player is active enough. Otherwise, you will be asked to focus on your primary character.
⦁ Let us know if you will be absent. There are other people participating with your character, notify them of your absence, be it temporary or permanent.
⦁ Try to post a minimum of two to four (2-4) times per week, unless you have need to be absent. We understand that life takes priority, however please be considerate.
⦁ The Guild Owner has the highest authority, beyond the supreme authority of the Captain and Vice-Captain(s).
⦁ Updates will happen, please check for them. Failure to do so is not an acceptable reason for breaking rules.
In Character Rules
⦁ Absolutely no God-Modding. If a character is caught God-Modding, there will only be one warning. If the issue persists, the character will be removed from the storyline until the next chapter begins. If the issue still persists, the Character will be Blacklisted.
⦁ Maintain a certain level of realism in your posts. Outrageous and impossible posts will be removed.
⦁ No Cybering. This is non-negotiable, anything in the vein of cybering will be removed and the participants banned.
⦁ Romance is allowed, however keep it below an NC-17 rating.
⦁ Swearing is tolerated, to a point. If you go beyond that point, you will be punished.
⦁ Literacy is important. While you don't need to write novels, please be able to write proper sentences and paragraphs.
Out of Character Rules
⦁ Instructions from the Guild Moderators will be followed within the boundaries of reason. If an agreement cannot be reached, contact the guild Owner and it will be resolved.
⦁ If you have issues with another member outside of the guild, leave them there. Be considerate of players who aren't affected by these issues.
⦁ Use Parenthesis ( () ), Brackets ( [] ), or Bars ( || ) to illustrate Out of Character comments.
