In Boom town where I was born

Trying to do a charity thing where people have to paddle like thirthy or so miles downriver in the freezing cold on surfboards to get sponsored.

Suffering 4 charity.

I think that's sorta retarded.

The 1000KM bike race for charity is nice though.

Anything else happening like this for winter awareness around the world?
