Oh, what a lovely skyline! So many people, so many shops, it's no wonder that this is the capital of South Korea. It puts so many other cities to shame!

"... And another thing, you need to stop mocking my authority!" shouted Ellery as he shoved a finger into Lock's chest. He stomped his foot, expression fierce and angry. "i may have been a little out of it lately, but I am the head of this band. I'm the end-all, be-all, and you will respect my decisions!" Lock blew a bubble with his gum and rolled his eyes, leaning back in the chair and groaning. "God, do you ever shut up?!" he shouted, crying out in pain as the offended brunette started trying to hit him. Two large hands suddenly appeared, pulling the tiny man from the blonde and holding him against his chest. He looked down at Ellery, silently scolding him with his eyes, then shook his head. The brunette grunted in protest, then nodded in compliance and relaxed, pulling out of Bae's arms and sitting on a coffee table, crossing his legs and huffing. "I hate it when you're right," he pouted, only to giggle as Bae set a large hand on his head and smiled slightly. "Alright, alright, fine. I'll try to behave more." Bae nodded, then looked to the door as Eun-Ho walked in. "Hello, everyone!" he greeted, immediately launching himself onto Lock and wrestling him to the ground. Or, so he thought. Lock easily gained control, and as if on cue, Eun-Ho cried out, "My eye! My eye!" Lock released him, snickering at the green-eyed blonde's pain, only to cry out himself when Bae smacked him upside the head. The massive star then returned to his post beside Ellery, a protective hand on his head. "I see you're still in love with Ellery, Bae," sneered Lock, standing and rubbing his head. "Too bad for that little tramp you're stringing along. When're you going to tell us who you're sleeping with to help you get over Ellery not loving you back?" "Shut up," rumbled the baritone, glaring at Lock for a moment before staring back to the door, ignoring his buzzing cell phone. With Ellery sitting right there, just under his hand, there was nothing as important.

"Unfortunately," he sighed, leaning on the king and closing his eyes. "They never stop fighting these days. I don't know when we changed from friends to enemies, but the change seems to be permanent. I miss us all getting along." His eyes teared up.

" Well well well." A voice chuckled as shoes clacked against the ground, echoing despite the heated argument inside. Now inside the room was a man with red hair and matching red eyes. He wore a school uniform, the blazer unbuttoned, though the Black Rose crest was still visible. " If you guys beat yourselves up like this, it'll save me a whole lot of trouble!" His tone was cheerful but drenched with a mocking undertone that was perfectly accompanied by his arrogant smile. He was surrounded by strong men capable of knocking him out in once punch, but he didn't seem at all worried. In fact, he looked as if he welcomed the attack, challenging the group to do something. Balthazar was comfortingly stroking Eun-Ho's hair when he heard the new voice. He looked over at the man, giving him a curious stare. He didn't recognize that man, though he didn't recognize half of the band. The way that boy dressed was almost similar to the band's fashion, but his words weren't as half-playful as the blonde's. " Is he part of your band?" he quietly asked his lover.

The fighting ceased as the voice was heard, each head slowly turning to view the boy. Ellery stood, fists clenching, although a strong hand on his shoulder kept him in place. The public leader of the band, Lock, straightened visibly, glaring angrily at the young man. He moved to stand close to Ellery, who, despite being dwarfed by the other members, refused to back down. Eun-Ho looked up at Bal, shaking his head silently before allowing himself to be magnetized to the group, standing beside Bae and crossing his arms. "Kenshin," hissed the petite songwriter. "I thought I smelled a rat. What the hell are you doing in my studio?" Bae squeezed Ellery's shoulder, staring at Kenshin silently. Lock stomped his foot and he charged two steps forward, extending one arm to point at the member of a rival band. "You have no business here!" he announced. "If you don't leave right now, we'll have Bae throw you out!" The silent giant still said not a word, his coal black eyes on only the red-haired singer.

Kenshin laughed as though a small child came to tell him how much they loved his music. "Throw me out, huh?" As soon as Lock pointed threateningly at the him, two large men stood by the redhead's side, one with a hard expression that still held some warmth to it, and a blue-haired man that was more glaring at Bae than anything. "I'd like to see you try." Two other men entered the room, one with long hair that didn't seem to be completely interested in the quarrel, and a white-haired man with his hands in his back pockets and a smile that itched for blood. "See, the boys and I moved to America just recently." Kenshin started, a carefree smile on his face. "We're spreading our reach, starting with this country. I mean, we are number one in Japan, after all." He paused to observe the band's faces then grinned. "What, didn't you hear? Kurai Arashi topped the list just two months ago! That's right, we beat even the Vocaloid groups!" he laughed and spread his arms out in happiness. After a second of gloating, he lowered his arms and quirked an innocent eyebrow at the Koreans. "That reminds me. Why are you guys still here? Is it to record a song? It's been a while since your last album, anyway. Kinda overdue, isn't it?" His curious facade ended in the end and he couldn't help but smile tauntingly at them. Oh, he was enjoying this far too much.

"It's been two weeks," dead panned the tired songwriter, held back only by the warm hand on his shoulder. He glared openly at Kenshin, crossing his arms and hating him viscously with his eyes. "Besides, we still top the charts in Korea, Thailand, UK, and most importantly, the States. Some Japanese wannabes can't steal our place." He reached up to pull Bae's hand off of his shoulder, although he still held the hand, bringing a blush to the quiet man's cheeks. "You need to leave, Kenshin. This is our studio, not yours." Lock piped up, trying to help. "Yeah, get out! You aren't welcome here." He stomped a foot, stuffing one hand into his pocket and slinging the other arm around Eun-Ho's shoulders. "Besides, you're creepy." The stoic giant said nothing the whole time, although his eyes remained on the Japanese redhead. He slid one hand into his pocket, pulling out a silk flower and holding it in his palm as he waited for the confrontation to end. He hates fighting, especially when Ellery was involved.

"I meant number one sellers." Kenshin sneered then smirked. "Seriously, you guys are losing to... What was the name of that song? Anaconda? Then again, if I had to choose between listening to that and the stuff you guys put out, I'd be buying all of that singer's songs." he snorted while shaking his head at the group. He looked back at the band and smiled at their insults. "Fine, we'll leave. I just wanted to tell you guys to enjoy the spotlight while you've still got it. You may have been number one in other countries, but that's only because we were focused on Japan." Waving his hand dismissively, the Japanese musicians began leaving. Kenshin was the last to leave, and as he reached the doorway, he stopped. "You know Ellery," he started and looked over his shoulder to smile ruefully at the songwriter. "I always thought it was cute how the baby of the band tried so hard to be an adult. You may have the title of manager, but that's just a smear to your real title, baby." He walked out, his laughter bouncing off the hallways. Not once during the entire confrontation did he look at Bae.
Balthazar exhaled slowly through his nose, arms crossed as he watched the men leave. "I had no idea even this kind of job could be so devious." he murmured. He was still looking at the doorway, but his attention was to Eun-Ho, or more the arm wrapped around him that wasn't his. He wanted very much to get that arm off, but restrained himself for the sake of keeping Eun-Ho from hating him.

Ellery bit back a retort, not wanting to prolong the conversation with the one person he truly disliked. When Kenshin left the room, Ellery groaned and stomped his foot. "Pretending to be an adult? I am an adult! I'm the oldest, for f-cks sake!" He released Bae, moving to sit on a chair and pulling his phone out. He quickly dialed and called Feddrich's number, his rage so intense that was close to tears. He clenched his fists tightly, not even glancing upwards as Bae left the room.
"Kenshin." Bae's deep voice filled the hallway, his massive height towering over any who looked at him with ease. He strode closer, black eyes on the Japanese. He exhaled through his nose and blinked twice before speaking again. "You didn't have to be so rude." He didn't say anything but that sentence, although it shouldn't have been hard to detect an ounce of disappointment in his voice.
"Oh, you have no idea," sighed Lock, pulling his arm off to ruffle Eun-Ho's hair. "In our line of work, it's all about climbing to the top by whatever means necessary. All of us have done things we aren't proud of to get where we are. Eun-Ho had to deduce and blackmail the wife of a politician, Ellery had to start cross dressing, I won't even yell you what Bae and Haneul did. It's a hard world." Eun-Ho nodded, leaning on a wall and crossing his arms. "Staying on top is somehow the easy part. All we need to do is churn out songs and we remain where we are. The music itself doesn't even really matter."

Kenshin was just about to enter the elevator with his bandmates when he heard Bae's voice. He looked over his shoulder to see the man approach him and clenched his jaw. He gave his band a quick glance then scoffed and said, "Guess they don't know when they've had enough. You guys go on ahead, I can take care of this one myself." The doors of the elevator were about to close when a hand shot out and forced them back open. "He's the strongest member of their band, Kenshin." Ryuu said, his eyes fierce with and protectiveness, but they became scornful whenever he looked at Bae. "I think I should stay." "What, are you kidding me? This guy doesn't say much. I think the same applies for his head." the redhead snorted. "Just go, I can handle this." "It'll be easier if I-" "Just. Go!" Ryuu hesitated and looked down at Kenshin, who was giving him a hard stare. Clenching his jaw and struggling hard not to do anything drastic, he reluctantly pulled his hand away from the elevator doors and stood back inside. As the doors closed, he stared at Bae, silently cursing him.
Once the band was gone, Kenshin turned to direct his spiteful glower at the bigger male. "Oh yeah? Well you didn't have to be that protective over your boyfriend." he sneered, clearly upset by what he had seen. "You think I didn't see that sh-t? You were practically groping him!"
"I see..." Balthazar murmured, a pitiful smile on his kingly face. The celebrity life was far more cruel than he anticipated. But perhaps that was a good thing? "You know, Eun-Ho, you wouldn't have to worry about any of this if you focused solely on being my queen." he noted will still staring out the doorway, acting as if he didn't say anything of notable importance.

He only shrugged, not wanting to fight with him. Bae crossed his arms, breathing slowly as he further neared the Japanese, his disapproving stare never faltering. "Do you want me to apologize, Kenshin?" he asked, towering over the moderately tall male. He would if the other man really wanted him to. It wouldn't hurt to say sorry, especially if it made Kenshin's face a little less sour. Bae uncrossed his arms and let them hang by his sides, black gaze remaining solely on the redhead.
Lock burst out laughing. "Queen?!" he screeched, having to grip the wall to keep from falling. "You're a queen?! Geez, do ya have to wear dresses and heels, too?" Lock was about to continue mocking him, only to get punched hard in the jaw by Eun-Ho. "Shut up, jacka-s." Taking Balthazar's arm, the blonde shook his head. "You know I can't, Bal. I have to be the one supporting my family. I won't set aside my career to get married. They have to coexist."

"No!" Kenshin snapped. "I want you to... Wait... I... I don't know what I want!!" he growled and stomped the ground in frustration. That was lie. He knew full well what he wanted, and that was for Bae to stop loving Ellery, though he knew that would never happen. The thought made the redhead even angrier and shake his fists around in one of his famous tantrums. He paused when he sensed something close to him and looked up to see Bae standing right in front of him. He hesitated then furrowed his eyebrows. "Stop staring at me like that!" he yelled and tried to punch the man's chest.
The king deflated. "Being my queen is a well paying job... but if you insist." he sighed, rubbing the back of his head with his free hand. He looked to see how the blonde was nursing his wound when he noticed something. "Hmm? What happened to the fourth man?" he asked.

Bae stood still, barely feeling the punches. Kenshin would tired himself out soon enough, and then Bae would just carry him somewhere to get food like always. He tilted his head at the Japanese man, not sure of the right thing to say to make him feel better. An apology probably wouldn't work. Neither would ice cream. Huh. Maybe some pasta- no, too much hassle.
"Who, Bae?" Eun-Ho glanced around before hitting Lock's stomach with a shoe that even he wasn't sure came from. He shrugged. Kicking the other blonde's shin. "He probably just wandered off. Big guy like him hates little studios like this."

After literally three minutes of constant barrages of punches, Kenshin weakly pressed one hand against Bae's chest, the other resting on his knee as he doubled over to catch his breath. He cursed under his breath for being so weak, then stood up straight. "I think I've made my point." he muttered and pressed the button on the elevator. He refused to get food with this man, not after what he'd seen. "I'll see you tonight, or whatever. I'll even wear an Ellery mask so you can be happy for once." he said with obvious malice in his tone. The doors to the elevator opened with a beep, and he turned around to walk in.
"Shouldn't you all be recording?" the king mused and looked down at Eun-Ho. Was that attack necessary? "Are you done with work?"
