 Korvain walked through the halls of the academy... It was another ordinary day - he had just finished grading some papers in his office, and he was walking home to his apartment. There, he would eat dinner, and then work on his most recent book - a comprehensive history of Atlantis. Afterwards, he would drink enough dark elven brandy to drown his sorrows, and pass out in his bed only to start over again the next day.
The wizard sighed... He felt as if he had reached a low point in his life. He was bored and lonely, and wished that something would happen... anything to break the monotony. Above all else, he wished to find that one special someone.

Katie wiped away a bit of blood from under her nose and sniffed. She yanked her phone away from the unconscious girl on the bathroom floor and stepped over her body like she'd just committed a murder. Her heels clicked as she walked out and looked down the hall, seeing a blurry figure. "Hmph.." She turned to walk the other way and lost her balance, falling to the ground with a thud. Her phone slid on the rug and stopped a few feet away from her. "Damn." Katie said with a loud sigh. She rested her forehead on the ground as she waited for dizziness to subside enough for her to get up.

Korvain watched as a rather attractive young woman staggered out of the girl's bathroom before losing her balance and falling on her face.
The dark elf ran over to where the human girl was, kneeling down with an expression of concern on his face. He gently took her hand... "Are you all right?" he asked... He recognized her as Katie, a girl from one of the history classes he taught. He could clearly see that she was either ill or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and she needed help.

Katie looked up at the man. "Yeah, I'm fine." Her breath was tainted with the smell of alcohol as she spoke to him. Her hair fell into her eyes with the loose ponytail holder. Katie tried crawling over to her phone, but was unable and only wrinkled the rug. "Could.. Could you get that?" She pointed to her phone and rolled over onto her back, looking up at the ceiling. The evening was still young, so maybe if she could get back to her room she'd have enough time to sleep off her buzz and go to class the next morning without a pounding headache.

Korvain could smell the alcohol on Katie's breath. Ordinarily, the standard procedure would be to drag her drunk a** down to the headmaster's office and let him deal with her - However, Korvain had never been one for follwing procedure. Plus, he had to admit; he had feelings for her. She always seemed so troubled about something, and he wanted to find out what it was and help her somehow. Now would be a perfect chance.
"Yes..." said Korvain, gently brushing the hair out of Katie's eyes as he handed her the cell phone. "It's really not such a good idea to be walking through the halls wasted..." said Korvain "I'm going to take you to your room so you can sleep it off. Are you able to walk?"

Katie blinked her eyes drunkenly and watched him for a moment before nodding in response to him asking if she could walk. Her confidence wasn't anything to be trusted. Katie slowly sat up and stood, almost instantly falling back over. "I lied. I can't." She put her phone into her pocket and stared at her teacher. Katie wasn't sure how she'd get back if she couldn't even stand up. It'd been a long time since she'd ever gotten so wasted.

Korvain gently picked up Katie, cradling her in his arms... He gazed into her eyes... even though she reeked of alcohol, he still found her just as captivating as ever. He wondered why such a beautiful, intelligent young woman would do this to herself. "Can you tell me where your room is, Katie?" asked Korvain kindly. He supposed that if he had to, he could take her to his room.

Katie would have felt very charmed by his sudden act of masculinity when he picked her up, but all she could do now was gaze back at him. "It's room 101, the door sh-should be unlocked." It wasn't the teacher's job to babysit the students after hours, so why was he wasting his time on her? Katie smiled slightly and laid her head to rest on Korvain's chest. Her attitude was usually stubborn and aggressive, the alcohol brought out her softer side.

((Exit to Katie's room)) Korvain smiled as Katie rested her head on his chest. He enjoyed the feeling of her warmth. He carried her to the student dormitory, and quickly found room 101. He unlocked the door and pushed it open before walking inside.

Hiyato followed the direction on the map and he opened the door for Misa, allowing her to enter first. "So, Misa, what brought you to this school?" He asked to start conversation, as difficult as it may be with her needing to write rather than speak. He was curious about this entire academy thus, learning as much as he could would make things so much better for him. Those are difficult to heal.oooOOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOO

notebook and wrote." Personal reasons, Would you believe me if I

Hiyato watched Misa writing on her notebook once again. When she was done, he read what she wrote and smiled. "Running?" He thought to himself as he stepped inside of the hallway. "At this point, I would believe anything based on the fact that we are in an academy of supernatural people." He explained as he smiled softly trying to bring her more comfortable with speaking to him. "If you are running from someone, who might you be running from and why?" His curiosity was spiked and it seemed as if it was a bit rude based on how personal his questions were being, but he wanted to know and nothing seemed to stop it.
