*Trent comes to a cave entrance, he is breathing heavy clearly in pain from the poison*
"That was close. I'm sure they are right behind us but hiding here will buy us some time"
*Trent walks into the cave and sets Phoenix down rather roughly*

* She gets to her feet and moves towards him slowly, poison effecting her movements, though her hands glow golden, beginning to heal him quickly*

*In the darkness of the cave a presence can be felt, a flash of yellow glints then disappears. suddenly a voice*
"Please leave this place, I care not for your reasons... please just leave"
*the voice was shaky, an almost incoherent whisper shrouded in a feeling of fear and... something else an eerie pulse*

*Trent grabs Phoenix hands as his eyes glow, he looks at her*
"Phoenix, get ahold of yourself. You're fighting like the very thing Alison keeps calling us. If I let you continue on like you were, I have no doubt Alison would have killed you"
*Trent looks at the Markings on her body*
"What are these things? Are they what causing you to lose your mind? As you fought I sensed a great dark power one that you clearly can't control.. I was. .......... afraid"
*Trent seems to completely ignore the voice*

*the yellow shimmers in the darkness again, this time with streak of white light hummed through the air before fading*
" You must leave.... PLEASE! You will bring them here."
*the sound of sadness in the voice was almost tangible. as if crying, the voice begged *

Quite a distance away, Ito is with Alison trying to track down the two runaways. Ito stops gets on one knee and examines what appears to be a footprint. "They are slowing down. They either think they've lost us or the poison is really starting to take effect. So my report says you are human. How do you have those powers if you're human? By the way your martial arts could use some work. You looked like a novice out there." Ito says to Alison not even looking back at her

*Alison had both of her arms crossed with her eyes closed seemingly in mediation*
"Ito, you may not make it to the next fight if you continue your ignorant remarks. To answer your questions, yes, I am human, but my people were raised in seclusion away from most other humans in a sacred place that I'm sure you have never heard of. It is in this village that we studied the art of slaying evil. The attack you are referring to is the ultimate attack of our village"
*She then opens her eyes revealing the souls of the dark eyes attack*
"Yes, it is with this attack that I will rid the world of That demonic immortal known as Phoenix."
*looks to Ito*
"Not that I care about your safety of anything, but to better inform you about our targets the man with her is named Trent. He is also from my village meaning he has the ability to use this attack. Be careful. While his isn't as strong, it still is meant to kill instantly"
*Returns her attention to the front of her*
(I sense familiar souls in that cave. ... could it be who I think it is)

*David steps out of the darkness, heavy bags loomed under his as if he had not been to sleep in some time*
"Phoenix, Trent.... it has been a long time; but you can't be here with me, I don't want to hurt either of you"
*As David blinks, his eyes flash a series of colors first black, then white, then green, then red, then snow white then yellow again. As if afraid David turns around back to the darkness*
"It's for the best, I promise..."

*Trent turns quickly but falls to one knee breathing heavy*
"David is that you?........ you pick now to show up we needed you awhile ago"
*Trent seems to have completely overlooked David's comments as he stands to his feet*
"Phoenix I can sense them outside, you have taken in more of the poison than I have so I will hold them off until your back to full power."
*Trent looks at David oblivious to his appearance change*
"David please make sure she stays safe I won't let them take a step in here"
*Trent's eyes have a faint glow as he runs to the cave entrance*

"Mmmmmm interesting." Ito says looking back at Alison. "Neither of them can make clones of them selves can they? Heat sigs are picking up three humanoid heat signals deep in the cave. And one is heading back up here." Ito goes to alison to show the readings. : So this dark soul attack, seems like it would take alot of energy for you guys to use such a powerful attack. If its an energy attack I can capture the energy and put it back in my weapons and use it against Trent. He doesn't seem the type to use his most powerful attack first, seeing as you and he have the same powers what elae can he do?"
Ito asks as he sets up a few weapons ready to face the challenger

*Alison looks to Ito*
"That one attack is the only thing we have in common other then that he seems to have discovered another power that was dormant in him since he was born one thing for sure he isn't human and he isn't the same bit from my village I once knew"
*Alison senses a familiar soul in the cave then a smile appears on her face *
"That blade made from my energy is David in the cave"
*she says to herself but quickly returns her attention to ito*
"Ito you take care of Trent he is probably the one headed this way there is no way he is completely healed from my poison so you may stand a chance I don't really know much about his new power I will sneak pay him to finish phoenix off"

*As Trent rushed away from the cave David turned slowly to face Phoenix who was standing near the entrance*
" I can feel her... she is close. You should have listened to me, you have no i dea what i have done in my absence, what i have become"
* suddenly David grew silent, he then entered Phoenix's poisoned mind, now weak.*
( i have known you for a long time now, i once called you friend and ally... but i cannot let you stop Alison)
*walking forward David draws his sword, the one made of Alison's energy. It pulsed sending out a powerful shockwave as it lay in the hands of the swordsman*
"I am sorry truly...Trent should not have left you here"

*Her hands raise with red and black inky flames and she slams one into David's chest, her former familiarity and care noticeably missing*

*David is thrown backwards from the force of the blow to his chest, pausing to regroup David's face becomes menacing losing any trace of fear from before*
"Alison has taught me a couple of things...."
*holding up his hand, David points at the hand that was used to hit him*
"This is made special for the likes of YOUR kind, this assassin's wire is Indestructible! "
*David yanks the almost invisible wire, suddenly pulling Phoenix forward then kicks her directly in the stomach*
