There has to be some set rules for the role play threads!
Please try not to "God Mod" in a role play and just assume your character is going to do something, have a conversation with the person you wish to talk to and actually see where the story should go. If you both are alright with "Everything Goes" then go a head and do what ever you please but please think twice before just assuming every person is the same way.
In my experience from growing up on a lot of role play I have seen a lot of people get mad or make fun of the newer role players, so please, I ask that you be kind to all role players of any level. If a person be a para role player and you a speeder then I suggest you two work it out before getting mad at each other and cause an issue that will have a Mod get involved. I will give warnings to people for having problems that cause more then one person issues, I do not wish for this group to go sour over a childish argument.
If there is to be a group style role play then maybe drop a note in the OOC forum so you can all understand who posts when. Not everyone likes the chaos in things going out of order, some people don't mind it.
Please! Do NOT just join in a role play if the person has it set up for a one-on-one style for someone else who isn't you! If there post shows they are open to anyone then you may join in but unless they are alright with it don't just join in, some people get very upset when you "intrude" on their stories.
BIG NOTE! Role plays of FNAF do NOT have to be of canon story! There is no need to assume that all role plays are based exactly on the story, there are many "AUs" out there so have some fun with it. This means anywhere from animals, furries, animatronics, nekos, human! You may change up anything you want to have some fun, as long as all people involved are alright with the idea.
No sexual based role plays are to be posted in the forums, sorry. If you start a role play and it starts to go over into something more rated 18 then make it so they "Go some place" and take it PM. You maybe come back to the same forum later and say they did something, then continue the role play from there.
Stick to an RP. Don’t join and drop. If you have to leave for a bit, warn them first so they can set something up or pause things. If you want to drop, please warn everyone so that they can replace you instead of wondering where you went and not replacing you so they don’t seem rude. If you are an RP creator and activity has slowed or someone hasn’t posted in a while, try PMing or quoting them to remind them. Sometimes people just forget. It’s not rude to remind them. It’s your RP and others don’t want to see it die, either.
Don’t run away with the plot. As eager as you are, few people want to read two or more pages solely between two people, especially if they have to find something to respond to amongst those posts. It discourages others from posting.
Do your best with what you can do. RP is writing, and as in all writing, you should just naturally improve over time if you try your best and keep learning. You don’t have to be an Ernest Hemingway or Stephanie Meyer, but you should always try your best. Try to avoid ‘txt talk’ and boring posts. You don’t have to describe
Keep to your profile. While it’s easy to change your personality at the drop of the hat or pull out a new super power to fit the situation, I’ll be honest: it’s annoying to other players. It’s no fun when there’s no conflict or when a problem is too easy to solve, especially if only one person is the one to solve it.
Other then that, please have fun and be safe!
