A neat piece of parchment is tacked on the bulletin board. There's something written on it in small, neat lettering, in glittering green ink.

Hello, fellow classmates. Seeing as we've had an interesting last few weeks, my fellow Ekaterinas and I have a curious proposal for you.

Might I suggest a picnic to take our minds off recent troubles? It would be a wonderful way to clear our heads and bond as classmates, if possible.

So let's meet up tomorrow for this. That's Friday, October 17th, at, say, 8 PM EST? Wear appropriate clothes and practice Lumos, as it will be... quite dark. And we wouldn't want you to ruin your favorite shirt, would we?

If you have any questions, drop me an owl. I'll be leading the whole thing.

Ah, yes. Ekaterinas, please bring appropriate supplies from our dorms. They're on the top shelf of the bookshelf.

-- Naomi Pritchett, Ekaterina House Representative

Next to the announcement is a small scrap of parchment that simply reads, "It only counts if you're bold enough."
