Rules:
1. Contest must be approved by either Captain (Free Penguins) or
Vice Captain (Me) before submitting it.
2. YOU MUST PROVIDE A PRIZE TO THE WINNER.
You must provide the prize that you say you are going to give to the winner
of said contest. Its pretty cheap of you to say you are going to give a prize
and you do not keep your end of the bargain.
3. Contest must be fair to all who may wish to take part in said contest.
No excluding people. Everyone has the right to join a contest regardless of
skill/ luck/ whatever. That means no discrimination against one another.
4. You must follow the ToS. Well duh.
