Keeran wandered around the dorm area, trying to find his dorm room. He had lost track of Renton, though he figured that Renton had found his dorm. He sighed to himself as he approached a dorm room, "I might as well ask for directions." he said aloud as he knocked on the door. He felt kind of embarrassed and hoped that whoever answered would be kind enough to try and help him. The layout of the dorm rooms was just as confusing as the layout of the rest of the school, to day the least it was easy to get lost.
Hibiki had entered his dorm room a little while ago, and was impressed with how big and well decorated it was. He had already check out his bedroom where he left his luggage and had been looking at the living room, bathroom and kitchen, also impressed at the spaciousness and decoration. He had then returned to his bedroom to unpack his things. After putting his clothes away, he set out his laptop, along with his sketchbook and the big metal box that held his sewing supplies. He'd have to send an email to his mom and see if should could send over one of his mannequins and extra supplies, but he would worry about that later. He had just gotten everything set up in an organized way, when he heard a knock on the door. He found it a bit odd, but shrugged and walked out to answer it. Opening it he came face to face with a brunette boy.

Keeran was a little startled when the door opened, He smiled sheepishly at the boy who answered the door. "Er.. Hi, this is going to sound really stupid, but do you happen to know where I can find Dorm Room D-3?" He asked. He felt as though he would die of embarrassment at any moment, it must look really pathetic that he couldn't find his dorm room. "Oh, uhm, my name is Keeran." he said, feeling extra stupid for not introducing himself to the boy sooner. Keeran frowned a little bit when he noticed that the lights seemed to flicker, 'oh come on! I swear if a light goes out or something..' he thought to himself, it seemed that even though the penny that Renton gave him helped, it wasn't quite enough to completely stave off Keeran's bad luck.
Hibiki blinked and pondered for a moment after hearing the question. 'D-3?? Did I see a D-3 on the way here?? I don't think so..' he thought to himself, scratching his head. After hearing the boy introduce himself, a smile came upon his face but then a rather worried look replaced the smile as he absentmindedly put a hand to his throat. He didn't want to freak him out by just projecting into his mind, but he didn't see any other alternative. With a silent sigh, he looked Keeran straight in the eyes as his own began to glow red for a few seconds. "Um.. hello? Can you hear me?" he tested to see if the link had worked so he could converse normally, he really wasn't in the mood to write out everything he wanted to say.

Keeran smiled back at the boy but a confused look crawled onto his face when the boy put his hand on his throat, 'Can he not talk?' he wondered to himself. When the boy looked right into his eyes it caused him to blush a little, it also made him feel a little nervous, he wasn't a big fan of direct eye contact. When he heard the boy's voice it startled him again, because it sounded as if he was speaking in his head, like telepathy, "Er.. yes, I can hear you." he responded. He thought it was cool that the boy could use telepathy, not very many had that ability, at least not many that he knew of. "So, uhm, what's your name?"

Sorry it took me so long to reply >.< I passed out from tiredness.
Hibiki smiled, happy that he hadn't completely freaked the boy out. "My name is Hibiki. As for your question, I'm sorry to say that I didn't see Dorm D-3 on my way here, though that could be because most of my focus was on a mini map that I made to find my way to my own dorm room. My sense of direction is absolutely horrendous, I probably would've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off." he said, rubbing the back of his head, as he both let out a silent laugh and an actual laugh through the telepathic link. "But maybe I could help you look around for it? I've finished all my unpacking, so I really have nothing else to do right now. Plus I like helping people out." he said with a bright grin.

Keeran sighed a bit to himself when he heard the boy hadn't seen the dorm he was looking for, but he lightened up a bit when the Hibiki offered to help him. He laughed with Hibiki at his statement, "Well, It's nice to meet you Hibiki. Really? You'd help me look for my dorm?" His smile widened, he liked Hibiki already, his personality just seemed so bright. "So, Hibiki, if you don't mind me asking.. how did you learn to use telepathy? I don't know very many people who can use it, so it's interesting to me."
Hibiki had a slight look of surprise when he was asked about his telepathy, not many people questioned him about it. He leaned against the door frame and crossed his arms over his chest. "Well it's an odd and interesting story. To start off, I come from a family of psychics, which played a part in my learning telepathy. You see when I was a kid my vocal cords were damaged which basically left me mute. A while later my psychic powers started to fully develop. At first all I could do was use telekinesis, but as time went on I really wanted to be able to communicate with people without using sign language, or writing everything down. So when I got a grasp on telekinesis, I began focusing on telepathy figuring I could project a 'voice' of sorts into a persons mind. It took a few years with various failed attempts here and there, but eventually I got it down and was able to hold actual conversations with people. Now all I have to do is look into someones eyes and focus and I can speak to them. Though that's really the only thing I can do with telepathy, since I don't want to read peoples minds or anything because that would really intrude on their personal space and all."

Keeran nodded as he listened to Hibiki's story, "Interesting story indeed, if I were able to use things like Telekinesis and Telepathy I would probably take advantage of the abilities, But that's probably the Necromancer in me talking." Keeran rubbed the back of his head nervously, Necromancers were not often liked and often times feared, they used their powers for evil and often caused pain and suffering. Keeran wanted to be good, but at the same time he realized that he was just naturally bad, it was one of his motivators for following the path of a Necromancer. "You're a really interesting person Hibiki" he stated with a smile.
"Well I can use my telekinesis very expertly, except if I use it too much I get these killer headaches." he rubbed his head at the thought of it. A light blush colored his cheeks as Keeran called him interesting. "Aww it's cool of you to think that, but I think you're way more interesting. I've heard about Necromancer, but this is my first time meeting one. My grandma used to warn me about them though, that their powers are evil and that makes them evil too. I don't believe that though, cause you seem really nice. So.. if you don't mind my asking, what can you do power wise??" he asked tilting his head to the side in curiosity.

Keeran nodded again, "I see, that's kind of like if I use too much magic at once, I get headaches from it and it's said if you keep using magic too much worse things can happen." A light blush crept into his cheeks, "M-me, interesting? N-nah, I'm not really all that interesting. Well, technically I'm a Mage, I'm a Necromancer in training, I'm rather skilled with elemental magic and curses. All Necromancers are a little different but we all share the ability to summon the dead or use death magic in some kind of way, basically the forbidden magic arts that most Magic wielders don't practition. Wielding dark magics like I do comes at a cost, curses in particular drain life energy. I suppose it's understandable that Necromancers are known to be evil, after all there aren't very many Necromancers who use their abilities for good. It's not really in our nature to use magic for good. Even so... There can be good Necromancers." he explained. Keeran sighed to himself, the life of a Necromancer was not an easy one, but it was the only real path he could take.
Hibiki nodded his head rubbing his chin with a thoughtful look on his face, "Then I guess we're kindred spirits in that department huh?" he said then stared at him for a moment, before laughing softly, "Well if I'm being honest about things, I think that everyone is interesting in their own ways, you've got some cool skills and your nice, so don't look down on yourself. Wow there's so much I didn't know about magic then again I never really knew anyone well versed in magic. That's so cool that you can do those things. I never did believe my granny about her judgements on Necromancers, she's just a bit stuck in her old ways of thinking. I've always held the firm beliefs that people in the world do have some good in them, even if the actions they take could be considered evil. Also that you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover because sometimes the book is filled with very amazing things and you'll be glad you looked at it." he said with a playful wink.

Keeran smiled at Hibiki, "Kindred spirits." He agreed. Hibiki was very nice, it was rare for Keeran to come across nice people, especially once they learned that he planned to be a Necromancer. "Thanks Hibiki, It's kind of nice to have someone think that I'm nice for once instead of evil incarnate. Well, your Granny has a reason for feeling the way towards Necromancers as she does. Necromancers were once amongst the greatest of evils in this world, in her time she probably lived through some very bad experiences with Necromancers."
He sighed and took a breath before continuing, "That's a good trait to have, seeing the good in people is admirable. I'm glad I met you Hibiki, I wish there were more people like you in the world. Most people instantly think of me as evil.. and with my bad luck problems I sometimes don't blame them... But you're different from most people." Keeran stretched his arms, trying to hide the fact that he was blushing a bit.
"Hm.. now that you mention that she did tell me about a bad altercation with a necromancer, though the details of the story are a little fuzzy. My memory isn't the best at times, especially since I fell out of that tree." he said knocking a fist against his head. Hibiki smiled and clasped his hands behind his back. "Well sometimes you just need that one person to believe in you, it can give you the strength to go on knowing there's someone who has your back no matter what." His eyes seemed to twinkle as he spoke. "Different?Well I guess my mindset is a bit different than the normal persons. I have been told in the past that I see the world through rose colored glasses. I guess it must be true in some regards." he said with a shrug.
A look of realization slowly came upon his face and he smacked his hand against his forehead. "Ah I was having such a nice conversation with you, I completely forgot, I was gonna help you find your dorm. We can't just stand here forever right? You probably should get your stuff unpacked."
