CAMPER FORM

Name: Rachel Parley
Alias: She's been called Raypay before. And Rachey. (Rachel does not like these nicknames.)
Age: 11!! This is her first year of middle school soon, she is very excited.
Gender: Female!
Powers: Telekinesis
Aura: The main color is yellow at a medium-to-low frequency, and her aura's secondary is blue.

Appearance: Rachel looks a lot like Chloe Moretz! She's a blonde with grey eyes, and she's just a little taller and skinnier than average; still kind of growing into it. Kind of bucket-shaped; she has wider shoulders than her hips (she's a gymnast)! Rachel also talks a lot with her eyebrows and her hands. Her posture is fantastic, and she stands on the balls of her feet a lot. She has big ears, long fingers, and is more torso than she is legs.
(As far as outfit goes: gymnastics leotard in red, too-big sneakers, camp t-shirt and a hairtie holding her hair back? It should be one of those kiddy silly hairties, like the bobble ones or the firework ones. Her general color scheme is red//gold/grey, with a very occasional blue accent the color of her aura's secondary.)

Personality: Rachel is a very take-charge kind of person. She wants to make sure everything is good, and that people don't take mistakes -- because she takes mistakes under her 'command' very seriously. She wants things to be perfect, but at the same time, she very strongly believes things will be okay: because to be honest, nothing really bad has ever happened to her. Why are people freaking out so badly over her aerials on the sidewalk? Sure, ok, the sidewalk was a little rough, but she was fine, really! Gosh, gosh, she's fine.
At the same time, Rachel loves people doting on her. She does! She's never been a daddy's girl because her parents are often busy, and it's not that she plays up bad things that happen to her, she just -- loves being the center of attention! She's not really alright with people disregarding her because of her age or her anything, and she won't hesitate to make this clear.

On an explicitly negative side, Rachel makes decisions without thinking. She doesn't think about them, just makes them, and it's only luck that's lead to her being completely fine. There's no room for wishy-washy people in her worldview: you're with her or against her, and it's yes or no, and people are good or evil.
Also, you know that self-confident bit? To a fault! Rachel's decisions are always right, and if she makes a mistake...ANYONE could have made that mistake, it's not her fault. Nothing is ever her fault, because mistakes happen to anyone, and her choices and decisions are always right because she knows what she's doing.
AND AGAIN: leadership! Some people are natural leaders, and Rachel is one of them. Unfortunately, this means she does not take well to perceived challenges. No she doesn't CARE you're older this is HER GROUP!!!!! Go away, she doesn't care what you have to say, it's WRONG and YOU'RE WRONG FOR DISAGREEING WITH HER. It's not to say that she's bad with negotiation -- except that she is, because she's eleven, let's be real. If people listen to her and trust her, she's a wonderful leader and conductor...but any perceived slight on her ability is responded to with 'THEN LEAVE IF YOU DON'T LIKE ME'.

History: Born to a rich doctor of sports medicine and his florist wife, Rachel is...only a few notches off of the traditional 'rich girl' archetype. Her parents are often out and about, so she's somewhat raised herself, learning the occasional grain of knowledge from them -- but on the most part, they're. Nice people! Yet, unfortunately, greatly lacking in parental affection. She can fix her own sprains and rattle off a bit of the language of flowers, but there's no fond memories of the theme park or picnics in that head, folks. She's always right, though. Her nannies wouldn't disagree with her! She's perfect. And flawless. (That bit she'll only say in passing -- it's a joke, really, she promises. She knows she's not flawless, she's just very talented. smile ) Her parents are -- absent, essentially; they're loving when they're there, but they're absent, and often busy with work. Rachel is rather independent, as many others would be in her situation, but that doesn't mean she's alright with being alone.

She discovered her developing psychic powers much the way as anyone else would: getting exceptionally angry at tree branches that just -- wouldn't -- get into grab range -- and discovering that they were willingly bending to her grab range! And then they broke off, because the branch wasn't really meant to support human weight, but Rachel doesn't tell it that way. Rachel likes to say she did a Sweet Flip from those branches to celebrate her development of telekinesis.
Rachel also knows this is not how a lot of people discovered they were psychic, but she can dream.

She had (has) about the average knowledge that anyone with a bit of research had, when related to anything psychic -- although Rachel did a very brief bit of heavy research after she realized, yeah, she was totally moving that thing with her brain, that's not average. Rachel doesn't know too much about other forms of psychic powers beyond her own, but she will utilize telekinesis to the moon and back.
