There's three rooms besides the living room, the entire dorm is larger than it appears due to Renton's use of illusion art magic.
Living roomThe entertainment center houses a large smart tv and three game systems complete with games.
rentons's roomThe room is nice and tidy with only his empty bags on the floor. There's mementos fm his home town around the room and a gift from his mom on his desk unopened.

the bathroom surprisingly clean! Renton's toiletries and towel are sitting on the counter.
the ktichenThis was the most difficult for him to expand but he was very proud of it.
