Extra Information on Appearance: Before joining the caravan Marilla/Estella's hair used to be almost floor length and was kept neat, tidy, and tied back in a long braid. When she joined the caravan she chopped it off, offering it and almost all her possession to the caravan leader to bargaining her way into joining their troupe.

Family/friend(s)/allies with: The members of the royal family of Aqua to include her older brother Syliem Rolani D'Aqua, current king of Aqua. Her mysterious minster friend, and the members of the caravan who she fondly refers to as her second family. Also through an interesting set of circomestance she some how became friends with Demeter Avani Beifong the Queen of Terrae (who thankfully doesn't know Marilla/Estella's real identity)
History: One could say that Marilla is the "Forgotten Princess" of the Aqua royal family. Well... not completely forgotten, but most of the people of Aqua have forgotten that she exist or at least she looks like.
When Marilla was very young she contracted a unknown disease that was spreading like a wild fire among the people of the kingdom; much the rebellion that caused it. Most did not believe the little princess would survive the disease that stole away the life of so many, even Marilla herself believed this, it was by a miracle that she managed to survive it.
But the disease took it's toll on the young girl's body rendering her bedridden for most of her childhood. Also her hair which was once a beautiful shade of seafoam green had turned almost completely white from the stresses of fighting the disease. Only her bangs where the only remnant of the color she once had.
Marilla's parents became very protective of the youngest child never allowing her to leave the castle grounds or interact with others from outside the castle for fear that their poor fragile child would become ill once again. When not fretting over her well being the girl's parents, as well most of the kingdom, spent their time fawning over Marilla's handsome and talented older brother Syliem. Charm, magical prowess, weapon skills, politics, and good looks her brother had it all.
Marilla didn't hate her older brother for all the attention they received in fact she greatly admired Syliem. Her older brother was always very kind and loving toward her, as where her parents. What she hated was being the center of attention. The attention of how perfect her older brother was and how she just seen as a weak, fragile, and helpless child.
But it was thanks to this almost everyone left her be and that was how Marilla preferred it. When not confined to her bed or receiving lesson from her private tutors she spent her days reading. Marilla love to read often having the maids bring her several new books each day to read. It was one of her few joys in life and that actually gave her a small feeling of freedom from the small cage that she lived in. It was her little window to the outside world that she had never seen.
This is who the young princess spent a majority of her life, until the eve of her 15th year Marilla's life took a drastic change.
One particular night Marilla felt a strange pulling at the back of her mind, almost if something was calling out to her. Images and sounds of water came softly ebbing through her drawing her inward. When the girl came to her sense again she was literally standing in the of royal pond. Not in the water, but actually standing atop the water, she walking on the water's surface. It was then that Marilla, like so many others around had failed to realize that the young princess was just a very later bloomer and not as truly powerless as they had thought.
It was after this that the young princess would sneak out nightly to practice her new found gifts. Growing stronger and stronger with each passing day. Never speak a word of it to anyone, know they would try to stop her if they did, this was Marilla own special cert and she intended to keep it that way.
One her 16th birthday a young traveling minstrel came and preformed at the place, that's when Marilla's love music began. After much convincing and pleading with her parents the minstrel was given permission to instruct the girl in the art of music. It became something that she excelled at quickly, surprising both her family, the minstrel
One night Marilla tired of her life within the castle, being seen as a weak helpless child, know nothing of the outside world, and longing to see her dear friend again. Marilla set her decision to change all that. On the night of her brother Syliem's birthday celebration while everyone in castle was busy fawning over her "Perfect" brother the young "Forgotten" little princess made her great escape into her new life under the cover of star light.
Personality: Marilla/Estella is rather quiet and spoken girl given the secluded life style she grew up with, but despite that she is a very warmhearted and curious girl who is always looking for a chance to learn, to help others, and to try new things. She is very shy around strangers, due to lack of interaction as child, often becoming very fluttered when speaking. Given time she begins to open up to people who begin see the sweet, charming, and sometimes witty side of her personality.
Weapon(s): (optional) Marilla/Estella's greatest weapon is her magic and her intellect, but also wanting another way to protect herself (and not to be a burden to others) she is receiving fencing lesson from one the members of her caravan.
Strengths: Water magic, intelligence, quick study, willingness to learn, level-headiness, a kind heart, swimming, singing and music.
Weaknesses: Her endless curiosity does led her quite a bit of trouble at times. She can also be a little bit stubborn and rebellious at time (but she hasn't quite realize this about herself yet). Due to her illness as a child Marilla/Estella's body is still quite fragile so she is rather lacking the strength, stamina, and defense department. She also quite prone to exhaustion and easily succumbs to fevers. Also a major downfall to some of her stronger spells is they leave her open to be attack without proper protection while casting she can be easily overwhelmed.
Marilla/Estella is a bit fearful of members from the royal families and kingdom officials (military/guards, politicians, members of the church, etc.) as she is afraid one them may recognize her and take back to the kingdom of Aqua.
She is also weak against fire magic and places with hot climates (her body does not handly the heat well)
Additional Information:
*Marilla/Estella has a great fondness for fresh fruits and vegetables especially apples! She absolutely loves apples!
*Marilla/Estella is a very talented singer and musician (she players a lyre made for her by the leader of the caravan) and uses her talent to help draw in customers to the caravan to help the merchants sell their goods.
*One of Marilla/Estella's prized possession other than her lyre is a single sapphire earring that she wears on her left ear. The other earring she gave to her friend the minstrel as a sign of friendship as he was her very first friend.
*One of Marilla/Estella's most powerful spells also her create/summon a dragon made of pure water. While the spell is powerful it leaves Marilla/Estella completely vulnerable while casting and the longest she is able to maintain the spell is 5 minute as it drains all her magic and she usually passes out shortly after. She only use it in the most dire of situations.
*Also of note: there are very few people outside the Aquaran Castle who would actually recognize Marilla/Estella (especially with dramatic change in hairstyle) but there are a few exceptions. It is possible for some of the members of the royal families or kingdom officials to recognize her if they have had some type of interaction with her family.
*A song that Marilla/Estella often likes to sing is called "Till the Day I Can See You Again" (I feel this fits my idea of how she sound and that the song reflects a lot about her personality)
