An announcement has popped up for the KS for "saving HRW". We need anything good that relates to our plot, so, yay!

It's awesome we get something plot related, but couldn't they have done something less stressful? gonk Seriously, if they screw us over and we don't make it to the goal, no more H&R Wesley.
Also, great idea keeping track of the kickstarters!

Considering they just started the thing today, the end goal is 60Tril (much less than the last one), and there's no dedicated icon (the link is there) it's already up to 17Tril. I don't think HWR is in actual trouble. Boo!

I guess that's one way to put a positive spin on it. I still kind of wish they'd ease off the kickstarters already, or at least give it a narrative that doesn't feel like a feature's on the chopping block again...
I don't know. I guess I'm just still a little bitter about the manga kickstarter. gonk
I'd like it a lot better if they did something that introduced more story. Like, as I said in the GCP thread, if we were funding the fashion line of an up-and-coming fashion designer NPC. (Perhaps even a rival for Brennivin!)

The cynical side of me says "because H&R is particularly popular, both the shop itself and the NPCs who run it". The less-cynical side of me says "because with Edmund away, Louie becomes an easy scapegoat".
